The lady was attentive and there was no rush when explaining the claim process
I returned a parcel which I was unhappy about as it looked different to what was on their website. When I called to follow up with their customs regarding the return,they were rude,eating on the phone and still 3 weeks later I have not received any confirmation from Buffalo if they received my parcel. This is the last time I am ordering anything from Shein. What a nightmare
This is the worst Salon in Midrand. Firstly they are pricey and have to first call the owner to confirm prices. As I started complaining about the service,the other lady then said to the lady that was helping me "leave her". At that point my hair is still wet......The nerve. I still cannot believe it
Hlengiwe Dlamini is the Star at King Price. She was very helpful,informative and attentative regarding removing an old device from my policy and adding the new one which was replaced by Insurance.
I gave birth on the 12 Feb 2019 and my claim was submitted to the Medical aid (Medshield) on the 18th Feb 2019, pending a motivation letter why a c-section was done. Months later after the Hospital submits a motivation letter to Medshield, it is rejected as they say it is stale. I am now caught between gathering all information from the hospital to submit to Medshield as they say this was never processed. I cant believe I have to go through this laborious process.
Harold from life Carstenhof hospital accounts handed me over to vericred without sending any outstanding statements to my email address or even calling to check why my account was not paid by the medical aid. When I call the hospital, I am being transferred from the Case manager to accounts to the Dr. I had a great stay at this hospital but the level of unprofessional-ism I have had to deal with thus far is unacceptable. Proper credit control procedures need to be followed before anyone is handed over. I have Vericred calling me every week and Harold told me he would sort this out. I am extremely upset
This is the most horrible service I have ever received after 2 years of being a loyal client to this insurance Company. My phone was sent for repairs for 2 weeks and when returned the speaker was still faulty. Nothing was ever done to the Phone except the fact that the repair center stole my sim pin and headphones that were in the box of my phone. Samantha and Megan continuously send email without no way forward. Both their attitude is horrendous.
