PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICES!! I cannot believe what a mission it is to get through to a consultant. I am an existing client who purchased 2 new cars and trying to get a device installed. I made over 15 Calls to 0116548000 / 0116548090, being on hold for so long, transferred from one to another even sent a few emails with screenshots of the amount of times I called and still no response. I also got billed for devices that has been cancelled! Im looking to CANCEL with this company and I will gladly move to any other company. Just imagine in a real situation when you need to get hold of these people. Its pathetic!!
I had the greatest of experiences dealing with Mary Westermeyer. From the 1st conversation to the last she was very professional, polite, and efficient to my queries. From the simplest of questions to repeating herself on numerous occasions to my queries, Mary was patient and very understanding. I would definitely recommend using OOBA for your home loan approvals and please ask for Mary Westermeyer. Thank you once again Mary for all that you did for me.
Absolutely frustrated with Makros Services and Warranty department!! Bought an LG smart inverter microwave end of December 2017 for R3200. It has been booked in now for the 4th time with the same problem. This time round it's the worst as it's been more than 3 weeks and still not yet resolved. Received a call 1 week ago to state they will provide me with a quote and sadly still waiting for a quote. Contacted LG directly to raise my frustration of this useless appliance and they just as useless. It's quite embarrassing when telling people of our issue with this microwave as appliances under R1000 last longer and more reliable than this expensive thing that cannot even perform its core function. I understand it's only 3. 5yrs old and out of warranty but what's the point of a 10yr warranty? I'm not sure who else or what else to do. If anyone can hear frustration please help me in some way.

Do not trust this dealership. They sold me a car that was in an accident, had severe structural damage and had been resrayed and was never disclosed at time of sale. No mention at all and was told car has never been in accident or resrayed just minor stone chips etc.
I had such a great experience with selling both of my cars to LisaCars.
