By far the worst dealership in the vaal if not in SA.. All friendly and nice when buying a vehicle... Now my settlement amount not being paid... not refunding me for debit orders on my old vehicle.. so i'm paying for a vehicle that I traded in... When you phone them almost daily.. they always say they getting back to you bet never do... if you are at the dealership they always in a "meeting" ... So because of them... financialy im in big touble.. but hey they don't care...
My wife upgraded her phone to Samsung S6 about a month ago. After 3 weeks the phone froze and we took it to the East rand mall branch. now look I understand the OBF and repair policy,no problem... BUT when my wife went to find out what to do the staff member answers his personal phone while assisting her, the manager looks and act like he does not give a shit.. they dont call and say there is an delay when I took the phone the lady was helpful and told they will most likely replace the phone. now we just fitted a glass cover from samsung (R450) NOW THEY JUST SAID THEY CAN NOT REPLACE THE COVER... so we wasted R450 because of the phone being faulty?? surely you guys can replace that?? now after 15 work days still no phonecall, when we went there they said they are offline they can not replace the phone yet.. Now its not my fucking problem, you guys do not bother to just phone.. now they do not have a gold phone and same offline bullshit... they keep saying they will ask the manager but apparently he is never there to ask.. the service is useless in that store.. i want the phone on friday and dont care where and how.. MTN east rand mall is been useless for years now!!!
So i did a online order.. great..NOT!!! they never delivered my phone.. phoned the courier. They said the did not get hold of me as the didnt find the address.. which is cleary given.. then the courier said vodacom requested the phone to be sent back to them.. still not 1 phone call from vodacom. I had to phone them.. and then i realised what the mistake was... on the online order it is asking for 2 contact numbers. Which i gave the 2 im using everyday.. and what does vodacom do? Gives the f@$&EUR?ng contract number to the courier.. the one i DID NOT give up as a contact number.. so whats the use they ask for a contact number? Thats why the courier did not get hold of me.. then call centre said i must phone back on friday.. I must phone???? On friday??? And still no phone call from vodacom to say sorry.. nothing.. now i must just wait and i must phone because vodacom cleary cant read or understand their own system??? But oh yes the contract is showing as extended.. USELESS,!! Shocking and useless service.. why shop online for shocking service where its suppose to be easier??? <br> Maybe i will get my phone in 2019...<br> Wishfull thinking....
