A truly rude and disrespectful owner Avashni Maharaj.... Booked a soak off with her and she scheduled me as requested. Got to the establishment a few minutes early and was attended to by the nail technician. The technician suggested that I have just a coat to protect the nails as I'd decided to give my nails a break from gel.. (My own nails?.. I'm always charged R40 for a soak off... Well, This lady does not care about customers.... She wanted to charge me R160 just for a clear coat, which I declined. I get to pay and informed her daughter that I only had a soak... I'm advised that they cannot use the card machine for under R50... This lady is so rude... She lets her daughter know in my presence that she thought I had a Combo special.... And had she known it was just the soak off, she would not have given me the appt!. As per Avashni, they could have been attending to other customers that wanted her special promo.... She's uncouth, brash and absolutely disrespectful.... No customer service at all from her... Struts around and makes you uncomfortable with her glare and unfriendly attitude.... People can make or break your business... She's obviously too conceited to understand this... I sent her a message making it known that I did not appreciate her comments in front of customers that were being attended to near the 'reception area :.... And she basically blamed me... I was so charged R80 for a soak off... Ripper, Rude,... Will never support this estab again
This has been by far the WORST airlines I've flown in my life! It seems like TAAG airlines do not value their customers despite the poor ratings and negative comments! What a rip off... cheap and nasty... I was a victim of an in-flight theft on return to Jhb via Luanda from Rio.... The flight attendant insisted I place my hand bag ( little sling bag containing my purse n passport) in the overhead compartment... She wouldnt budge until my husband took my bag and ledt it as per her request..according to her it was just until we were airborne. I didn't envisage falling victim to theft and by the time i had realized that $600 were taken out of my purse and replaced with crisp x9 $1 .... I was absolutely gutted... I've not had any joy from the airlines despite a few emails, with no response. Eventually had Travel Dreams send me another contact detail - a reservation co ordinator and she's forwarded me a very cold response from.a lady by the name of Elizabeth.... They're not responsible for this! So who exactly is held accountable? It's their flight attendants that are rude and insistent on flight..... I will ensure that TAAG airlines be a no option for anyone booking via Travel Dreams --- What poor service in all aspects!
I have been utilising the Marianhill Toll for the past 16 months as I work in Hillcrest. Upon application of the Toll road card it was understanding that I would receive between 20 % -40% discount on fees , depending on the amount of trips made per month. <br> On the 19/01/16, I'd deposited R500 into my card . However when I swiped my card to go through, my card was rejected and I had to pay cash. <br> Upon querying what was going on, I was told that they had their systems upgraded in January 2015 and the new person that should have captured info , had not done so timeously. <br> I subsequently learnt from fellow colleagues that their monies too have been taken and they were told that they're in negative balances !!! No one is able to tell us where's our monies that were deposited nor are we given tangible reasons for our cards not being activated. <br> I was asked to leave contact details for the admin personnel to contact me and it's now almost a a week and a half with no response. <br> I can't understand why a systems error can only be picked up a yr later with no info from SANRAL to us commuters??<br> Whats happened to our deposits , sums of between R300 -R500???<br> No print out or explanation? ????
Good day<br> I travelled to the UK in September 2013 & booked on line. I entered my Skyward miles number and issued my card during check-in. I am now travelling to Barcelona and was logged into my account only to find a big fat Zero! I was not credited for my miles ! I've called and queried and was informed that I needed to log in and then book! Why exactly do they ask for your card at check- in. No way does it state that redemption of travel miles depended on travellers logging into their accounts first!!! What a waste of time and such a deflation for myself.. I've also been informed now that my miles are not guaranteed with my new booking to Barcelona. I've got to log in after my travelling and if I'm not credited , to call the centre again and they will add it on. What a massive waste of time and energy...Am do disappointed ?
