We purchased tickets to Krone 7 back in 2021. The even has been cancelled twice now and we have been offered to either keep the tickets or receive a refund, I opted for the refund. Needless to say its been over a month, 23 working days to date and I have yet to receive my refund. I have send numerous emails without a response. I tried my luck on Facebook Messenger and my message was read without a reply. I have phoned a number a times and they just keep saying it is in the process. At this stage I am beyond fed up. Stop telling me it is in the process I want a clear update of when to expect my refund.
This was my favorite Pet shop until 2 seconds ago. I went in this morning to purchase 3 new additions to my aquarium (taking into account that I live about 2km from this branch) and before I could reach my driveway 1 of the 3 little cuties passed on. I through maybe this is just a bad little one that might have been on his last and decided to leave it at that, however when after going through all the necessary processes when introducing any new fish, I added the remaining 2. One hour later another one is floating - dead! I decided to then phone the branch to hear what we could do or what might be wrong just to be told that they cannot do anything about it! So this reaction to me is clear that they don't care to keep their customers (repeated customers) happy. So why must I spend any more of my hard earned money at this place. I am not expecting a full refund but something must be wrong with these fish since they died so quickly.
To say I am angry is an understatement at this point. I placed my order on the 22nd of November and I received a confirmation sms saying my order is delivered on the 23rd of November. As I did not received anything I phoned as I was now concerned. Customer service told me my order is still with the courier, now this has been going on for days now. Everyday I phone and the order is still with the courier. I bet the courier lost my goods now I am being punished. This should not be made my problem yet they are making it mine. I paid a lot of money including delivery fee yet nothing and I don't think they are planning on delivering my order. Extremely upset and angry as I am not getting any feedback nor my delivery.
