<p>My Telkom service Telkom line and adsl connection was switched off today at 14h20 on the 12th august 2016. All services where working perfectly up until this time. However on the 2nd August 2016 I experienced an internet problem of which I phoned Telkom customer service on 10210. A Telkom representative assisted and the internet problem was resolved. The call reference is 711CWK020816. The next day 3rd August 2016 I contacted the same customer service number 10210 and the Telkom representative advised that I should leave the call open because it was a “wire crossing” and nobody needed to come out to the site and there would be no charge therefore. Since that date, up until today 12th August 2016, at 14h15 there has been no contact with us accept a person arriving to say he has come to fix the Telkom line. It was then made clear to him that there was absolutely no problem with the line and to check anything inside the premises. Because of the date from when the call was logged until today most companies would contact the customer before just arriving at the customers house, which in this case was a total waste of time and a cost to somebody. Within 5 minutes of the person leaving both the ADSL and the telephone line was disconnected. The time now is 20.55 on the 12th August 2016 and both services are still not working. On phoning the help desk approximately 7 times, and even being transferred to sales to be asked to synchronise my service speed and port profile. They then transferred me back to technical saying they only deal with NEW customers. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP!!!!</p> <p>082 ********** </p>

I purchased a SONY ERICSSON M2 AQUA for the reasons of it having an IP68 certificate which means it can withhold 30 minutes of being submerged into water of 1.5 depth. NOWHERE does it mention the water is to be FRESH and not chlorinated. However, I have NO idea where I could ever find fresh water, besides in a river, because even our tap water is chlorinated. A video made by Sony themselves advertise the phone to take videos in a swimming pool. I did the same and the phone stopped working. Took it into Cellucity, waited 10 days to be told that it is economically irreparable! The Manager responded by saying he is just the messenger between the technician and the customer. He did not give me the floor to speak and after I reminded him that I am the customer, he listened, then spoke such nonsense that I stepped in and he raised his voice and told me that he had listened to me and now it is his turn to speak so I must listen to him. It seemed like I was having a personal argument. To my knowledge, the customer is always right and he should have viewed the Sony advertisement and followed up for me. Instead he offered to send it to JHB for a second opinion!
Upon entering the store, I heard a voice shouting loudly the F word. I paused. I conversed with the cashier :<br> <br> ME : who is swearing like this?<br> CASHIER : the boss.<br> ME : is she a manager or owner of the store?<br> CASHIER : the owner.<br> ME : how can she swear like this in front of her staff and customers?<br> CASHIER : i don't know....she ALWAYS swears like this.<br> ME : this is disgusting and for this reason I will not be doing my fish shopping in this store.<br> <br> As I left the store, I directly turned my head towards the office and saw a woman talking on the phone. She was having a conversation using this vulgar type of language and couldn't give 2 hoots about her staff or customers. Does she not care or have any self-dignity? SHAME ON YOU. Change the name of your store to FUCK 4 AFRICA!!!<br>
After going into the Mutichoice Goodwood regional office N1, Cape Town and arranging the disconnection with consultant with a Ref. no of our subscription, we still received an account.<br> We then had to phone in for another ref. what a joke the service is.<br> Such fancy offices and costs they bill on time every month but try and disconnect your service.<br> Well you never know we may even get full DSTV for a year before somebody finds out.<br> It would not be the first time i have hear that.
