Mall of Africa
My phone has been stolen about 18h30 on the 18th of August 2022. It happend inside the pep home in your "mall of Africa" . There is no security cameras inside of the pep home, and also no security to be seen in the mall either. According to the staff at pep home this happens regularly, I personally find it disgusting that such a thing is still able to happen in one of the biggest malls in Africa(where one's life and belongings are assumed to be safe).

Excellent Service
Excellent customer service, went the extra mile to assist us with a very complicated sales transaction. They went out of their way to give immediate attention to the matter and provide us with the assistance necessary. This is highly appreciated, considering they are such a sizeable firm.
