Reputable well known fitment center - thinking about taking your car there for a service? rather try a backyard mechanic - you'll get better service for a fraction of the price. I've never experienced a lazier car service center than Tonneson Dunlop Zone Plumstead. I got back a filthy car that doesn't look or feel like it's been serviced at all. the big bright warning light that was on on my dash is still there, the technician saw it & thought it was 'normal' to be like that. they did however scour the car for small things that they could charge me thousands of Rands for- I think this is all they actually did. These people take absolutely no pride in their work & have no regard for your vehicle, only your money.
Hi Telkom Robot!!! apologies for misleading you with the 5 star rating (i'm sure you knew it was to good to be true anyway). you get so many one star ratings, i'm sure you just skip right over those so i had to do something different to get your attention. i'm not going to bore you with my actual complaint, instead, i'd like to congratulate you. you people have taken **** service to the next level, embraced it, in fact, you have managed to perfect it. instead of actually helping unhappy customers you have created a full proof cycle of b#ll****, an endless runaround complete with automated receptionists and brain dead staff( thanks for employing them btw, somebody had to). sadly, the rest of us are stuck with you. where else are we gonna go hey...
If you buy these geysers, expect to get ripped off... I work at a college with lots of geysers everywhere (all installations compliant, & i know what compliant is), unfortunately some of the geysers are Duratherm. Their geysers seldom last beyond their 10yr warranty and Penny will come up with any excuse to void your claim if the geyser packs up. They don't even have the decency to come out & inspect the geysers before they decide to void claims, they look at picture of your geyser, tell you to ****** off and that's it, you never hear from them again. My advice, if you're in the market for a geyser, stay far away from Duratherm.
