Paid for 1 month on the LOVE AT 50 ONLINE DATING SITE, then cancelled it but they never answer your emails. But are very quick to send you an email and say you owe them for months and can't debit your account and you must supply them with your cancelation emails again. And you must pay up quick or they will hand you over. What bull is this..
I am at my wits end with Telkom and VVM. I asked to have my land-line moved on the 1st August 2018 by December still nothing as they said there was no line and would have to specially come and install one before they can move my line. I gave up and went in and canceled my line all together. I had paid August, September and October 2018. For a line I did not have. The phone to this day is still in a box. I then requested the money be paid back only to find out that they had left my adsl still active. No one told me anything when I went to cancel the line. So I went in to cancel the adsl as well January or so. Now I get a message saying I have been handed over to VVM for non payment and it's for me re routing my landline to my cell number. But if I canceled the line does that not mean the re route would be canceled to. I also get a call end of April from the technicians to come and install the line which I had canceled. I call up to find out that had not been canceled either. Why does one side not know what the other is doing. And why must I pay for a line I have not had since the 1st August 2018 and when do I get reimbursed. Why was I handed over for none payment but I have not received a statement.??????? Please can I get some answers before my name gets blacklisted for the different departments not knowing what the others are doing. I am tired of being harassed by VVM. ********** line I used to have.
