Just very efficient and helpful experience, I can only recommend.
reliable and serious company. The couriers are not so reliable with delivery days....
I found a website of AW containers and it looked legitimate. I ordered and paid for the delivery of 1 container. I received all necessary confirmations but nothing happened. After a telephonic promise that the container would be delivered on 15 May....again nothing happens. All the telephone lines are off and there is no more response from AW containers. I can only conclude that I have been scammed and I will lay a charge of fraud with the police force.
I bought a hand-held mini vacuum cleaner from tevo. from day one it did not perform properly and was sent back for repairs. shortly after it came back it started giving trouble again and I had to send it back again for repairs. a guy called me and apologized and told me there was a problem with the batteries. when it came back the thing worked relatively well, but after several months it started giving trouble again, is suspected it was another problem with the power. that was the reason it was sent back for the third time. now a Tevo employee called me ta say that the repair would cost 250R +.....because it is out of warranty. my advice is don't buy stuff that risks to break down a lot. leave Tevo stuff on the shelf.
now over a year, i ordered a product and it never arrived. Merkado promised a refund and nothing happened. this is theft.
on Sunday, the 3rd of September 2017, I withdrew 3000 Rand with my foreign VISA card at a CASHEXPRESS / ABSA ATM at the Caltex Petrol station in Van Reenen. The machine paid-out 2400 Rand instead of the 3000 and I heard strange noises in the pay-out slot...probably the money got stuck somewhere. I called an absa "fraud" number and talked to Patrick who told me I should address the problem with my local ABSA branch and they would solve the problem..... that's what I did the day after. Three weeks later the branch told me that is was not their problem because I withdrew the money with my foreign VISA card and because that machine did not belong to ABSA in any case (although there is a clear ABSA logo on the machine and on the slip.... I queried with ABSA head office and received the same message.....not their problem, I must contact the foreign VISA company to lay a complaint. I have done that and am still waiting for a reply, now more than 10 weeks after the problem happened. The problem was clearly a malfunctioning ATM and I wonder what the foreign VISA company will do to assist. It is also clear that ABSA (with logo on the machine) does not take it's responsibilities, they could very well have contacted the owner of that ATM to find out what happened. All in all very bad service from ABSA and misleading their customers to believe that they use and ABSA ATM, when it';s not at all the case.
on the 26th of november I transferred money form my account. About one month later, when checking accounts and statements I could not find any trace of this transfer...
I contacted ABSA by email and received a reply many days later just referring me to a phone number.....no answer to my question.
I contacted this phone number and after a long wait an long discussion I found-out that there seems to be a \FICA problem"and they told me to call another number...FICA department..... now I listen to the silly music"
