The only service I receive from Fastway is consistently unsatisfactory. It appears that there is a lack of effort in providing adequate service, as even small attempts at communication seem to be neglected. It seems that taking an additional step to communicate with customers is considered too burdensome. I assure you, if I place another order through the website and it is shipped via Fastway, I will cancel that order. My concerns are as follows: 1) Lack of communication. 2) The WhatsApp support is ineffective and offers no real assistance. 3) The Fastway website is unhelpful and provides no support. 4) The notification that a parcel is out for delivery often results in me needing to wait at home all day, only to receive an email in the end of the day stating that delivery could not be made. This results in financial loss as I lose valuable time waiting for Fastway. There are no phone calls or WhatsApp notifications, only an email with apologies and Furthermore, attempting to track parcels via WhatsApp or Fastway web page. does not provide any useful information at all . At my GATE is a BIG black THING next to the GATE you can't miss it it's called a INTERCOM if you use that thing (the intercom) it can do Magic things it will Call me if you use it or if the driver is to useless to get out of his Van to use the intercom he can use his cellphone to call me . I've got Zero Missed calls From my gate or from Fastway driver. .
I will never recommend Nedbank. Their service is terrible — no help, no support, just empty promises. My card became faulty one month before expiry, and Nedbank charged me R320 for a replacement. That’s completely unacceptable — it’s not my fault the card failed before expiring. The staff at Nedbank Business seem clueless and only know how to transfer calls. Even my “private banker” suddenly wasn’t my banker anymore when I needed help. There’s no communication, no proper system, and no accountability. All I’ve ever received from Nedbank Was Transferring of calls. That is frustration and wasted time. Completely useless and disappointing.
Capitec Business Account is absolutely **** . A business account is suppose to have more advantage and preferences . You can only use the Capitec Business App to pay beneficiary that's it.. useless Things you can't do : . You can't Buy airtime or Data You can't scan to pay (QR Code) Capitec to Capitec You can't do a Cash send You can't buy prepaid electricity You can't use it for online purchase You can't do Jack Sh..t. It is Definitely the useless banking platform I've ever seen or use. Exsample If you want to purchase Airtime then you first need to transfer money to your personal account and PAY BANK Changes and lig out of your business account log into you personal account then buy the Airtime and pay bank charges again. That's not Right Capitec you need to Fix it It's Like Capitec DO NOT CARE And don't Give a F... Get to the Program Capitec!!!

The radio does not function, and the Bluetooth connection repeatedly disconnects from all devices. Additionally, if the volume exceeds 50%, the radio shuts down. I submitted the radio for repair, and Dewalt responded that I must pay R 6,799.00 for a new radio.!!!! I mean *** If I were to purchase a new radio and had R7000 at my disposal, I would not consider sending the radio for repairs.. ? ( 3 years Warranty My ASS !!!! ) I am considering replacing my current Dewalt power tools with a more dependable brand that provides exceptional customer service and warranty coverage.
