Internet has been intermittent. Logged a call yesterday and called numerous times today. They said someone will call me then they escalated it. Still no feedback.No internet at all!!
I booked on 26 September 2020 using booking.com and needed to enter my card details. I then called and was told that they cannot accommodate me. At 19:39pm they took the money from my account. I called and sent an e-mail and they told me that they will not refund my money and that I should refer to refer to their cancellation policy. I wanted to stay at this place but they said they can’t accommodate me and for this reason I had to find other accommodation. So they have basically stole my money and I am out of pocket for R2169.00. Thieves!!!
I upgraded a contract through the upgrades call Centre on 19 August. It’s 26 August and I am still waiting for them to call me back to confirm my order before you Despatch the phone for delivery. UNACCEPTABLE!!! You confirmed my details when I called. Why do you need to call me again
My second complaint a week later because no one has contacted me. I reported my WCDMA line faulty on 04 February 2015. Data connection very bad. Calls keep dropping. My reference is 155CRZ040215. I am tried of begging for it to be fixed!!!!
