I am a Vodacom business client on a Red Advantage Package with a Data sharing sim in a iPad. Twice this year data has misteriously vanished from my iPad in a very short space of time. Vodacom data-usage sms came through on Monday 12 Febuary at 09h31 with Your data bundle on 071** has run out and with-in seconds the messages escalating to "You've used out-of-bundle data to the value of R901.00". I need time to switch off mobile data on both devices and purchase a out of data bundle but this is impossible with Vodacom. They are also very unreasonable and would not even consider changing the used data back into a out of bundle. Very unhappy with Vodacom, after 26 years it's time to move.
We had a payment agreed upon by FNB (of which we have copy) that spread the payments over 3 months. To our surprise they not only pulled the full amount but pulled a double payment. When we requested them to reverse this they said they only would reverse the double payment and that would take 3 days. Even with the proof of arrangement they said they would not fix the matter and said we must live with it. Well we have subsequently cancelled this credit card and will be careful doing business with FNB in the future.
Bought a Ryobi mini bench grinder beginning of the year and requested spare grinder and polisher stones/disks on the day of purchase. Have gone in regularly over the past several months and every time left my contact details for them to contact me when available. They never contacted me even once and have a different excuses everytime. I've had to order the disks directly from Ryobi at extra costs.

MBD Attorneys never responded on the previous invalid debt complaint and although all went quiet for a while they back with their harassment.They are relentless and must find HelloPeter quite a joke especially if you look at their customer feedback
