The worst *******
Another year and just more customers being ******. Now that winter has started, the amount of new leaks I am finding is astounding. They need to be held accountable for what they are doing to people.

Terrible customer experience
I contacted them as I am in the process of applying for a job. I had to take my current job with a lower salary and could not maintain my credit card payments. Now I am trying to get a job with a higher salary and all I need from them is a letter confirming I have a payment arrangement in place. When I called them they said they could not provide one, but yet I have an email which states confirmation of payment arrangement. All I need is the same thing but in a letter so I can get this job and actually start paying this debt off with proper payments, yet they won't assist me. I just need something confirming that there is a plan in place.

From bad to worse
Here I am, back again. The ceiling of my place is now covered in mold due to the rain. Which also means the board is being damaged and will be falling apart soon. I cannot say how much I regret doing business with these people. More money I need to shell out more money to get this fixed. Please,do not do business with these people. It is not worth the regret you will have at the end of it.

I had a place done by Irene Nutec and Wendy in September. They used poor materials which led to multiple leaks. My water bill for 1 month alone has been R5000. At he beginning, i asked him everyday to come out and have it fixed, and for 3 weeks he gave me the run around. Telling me he would come the next day, the next day would come and again he would not pitch. After that I told him i no longer wanted him to come and do the fixes, instead i asked for a portion of the payment back in order to cover the water bill as well as to have the numerous repairs done. The amount agreed on was R15 000, but has now been stringing me along for the last almost 9 months with different lies, and to date i have received only R8000 back. I now have to accept that I am not going to get the rest of my money. I just want to warn anyone who even considers to use them, please don’t. There has been numerous other posts which he has gotten the customers to remove. He has also threatened me on multiple occasions, telling me to remember that he knows where i live and he will come to my house. Please message me for pictures of the damage done by the leaks.

horrible servive
I have been dealing with vuma reach for weeks now regarding the mitchells fibre I applied for through mweb. The last person I spoke to I thought was very helpful, but I was wrong. When I spoke to him he advised that my original order has been canceled, but no new order was set up in its place as I was advised. He then assured me that he would remove the original order from the cancelation list so that I would not have to try and contact mweb again to do a new order yet again, and that I would be contacted in 24 hours to set up a date. giving him the benefit of the doubt, I waited almost 2 weeks, only to call back today and be told the order is still cancelled. As someone who works in customer service, this is completely unacceptable. I will spread the word and ensure no one I know will ever use your services as you think nothing of your customers.

Fed up with horrible service
I started this journey on the 26th of August. I signed up, paid then waited. Nothing, for weeks. Then I spoke to one of the mitchells fibre reps, and he told me as I had first attempted to sign up with cool ideas, that the MWEB one would not work and I needed to call them and cancel. I did so, and the next day they called me to set up the installation date. I explained what had happened and was waiting for my refund. Mweb then called me again, and I decided yo just go for it, and I did a new order, being told that the payment I made would go towards the new one. Again I waited. Weeks later, the provider vumareach called, again, but then telling me that there was no new order and the old one shows canceled. He then told me that he would remove the old order off the cancelation list and reactivate it, and that I would receive a call in 24 hours to confirm a date for the delivery. Again, I waited. 2 weeks later, I called back, only to be told that it is still cancelled. now I cannot get through to mweb, no surprise, as no one there ever answers the phone. So not only am I no closer to getting my installation, I have no idea what happened to the money I paid for it. this is the worse company I have ever dealt with. No interest in the customer experience or delivering a great service. As mitchells fibre has gone live in my area, I will make it my duty to ensure no one in my neighbourhood goes with mweb, nor any of my colleagues. Frustrated and disgusted.

STILL NO RESPONSE
I submitted a report on the 20th February about the terrible service I received. They replied to say someone will be in contact and I still haven't received as much as an sms!!!!! I have never been so disgusted with a company in my life!! They just respond on here to make it seem they are doing something when in actual fact they dont give a damn

terrible service!
Using my banking app, i purchased R50 airtime. I noticed it did not come through and reviewed it, only to see i had made a mistake with the last digit. I then purchased again and called them. Firstly, the number listed at the back of my card for customer service, when i got through they told me they only deal with credit cards, then i was transferred. The next dept then said they do not deal with airtime purchases and transferred me yet again. The next dept said they only deal with electricity and other purchases but not airtime. She asks me to hold, and the next thing i know i was transferred again! The next person put me on hold to speak to the department i was just with and comes back to tell me they cant do anything about it, and then my airtime i had just bought, R50 ran out! I am so frustrated and disappointed. They provide you with the facility to do a transaction, but when something goes wrong they dont want to help you. This is looking to be the straw that is going to make up my mind to close my account and move to another bank. Pathetic!
