Iam really not happy with makro online polokwane branch. I have purchased a defy 247L fridge freezer via online services on the 03 jan 2025 and the estimated delivery date was scheduled for 06 jan 2025. And only today 09 jan 2025 i am being contacted by sydney from plk makro to inform me that the fridge is out of stock. Can someone please tell me; why wasn't i informed about the stock shortage story before the delivery date and only being told 3days after the delivery date has passed. If really the was a stock shortage why did online services accept my order. Iam really frustrated because i bought that refrigerator because i knew that i will receive it in 3days time. Someone is sleeping at their job, why did they have to wait for such a long time to inform about no stock issue. And now i am encountering a huge food waste.
This outlet is a **** please becareful. I bought some sneakers online and its been 3weeks waiting for my order. No communication from them, I send them email they dont reply, I have send them whatsapp & still no reply. Fellow online shoppers, this store doesn't exist, I have been ****** of my hard earned cash.
I went to the checkers tzaneen lifestyle store to get some few things and I had those black checkers bag, to put my groceries in. The cashier asked me if I wanted a plastic bag, and I said no (because I brought along my carry bag). After packing my groceries in to the carry bag, I realized that I need an extra plastic bag, then I asked the cashier to ring one plastic bag for me & to my surprise; she refused and said: Checkers Head Office don't allow customers to buy plastic bags once they have paid for their groceries. She even called her manager to confirm her statement to me. Then I said ok. But to my surprise, I went to Checkers hans van rensburg street in polokwane & they sold me a plastic bag after I paid for my groceries. Now I want to hear from Checkers Holdings if this is how they want us customers to be treated at their stores?
I bought a cellphone: Hisense Infinity H40 Rock 128GB Single Sim from takealot.com on the 09 September 2020 from their website. What made me choose that specific brand handset was that: it was nicely advertised on their website as follows; THE CELLPHONE HAS ONE YEAR FREE LCD SCREEN REPLACEMENT. I only enjoyed the handset for five months and the screen was damaged. I logged a return for the handset screen to be fixed as promised/advertised from their website. Then takealot refused to fix the screen and said the handset show physical damages. MY QUESTION WAS; HOW WOULD THE SCREEN BE REPLACED IF NOT PHYSICALLY DAMAGED. The handset was booked at takealot on the 05 April 2021 until today I haven't received my handset. Takealot is ROBBING customers ( because they are having my phone and my money). CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME HERE!!!!
