DHL is the more expensive option when it comes to import freight. It takes 3-4days to ship something from abroad i.e. China or UK to South Africa (OR Tambo) and another 4 days to get the parcel from DHL offices delivered to East Rand. How does that work? If you are in a hurry to get something, I will not recommend using DHL. DHL South Africa does not do justice to the good service of DHL International!
Very good company and excellent handling of queries and problems. I have used them a couple of times now and you never know who you are dealing with until there is a problem. They solved my problem instantly and without a fuss. I highly recommend them. For me to write a review, something really exceptional must happen first.
Excellent service - Highly recommended! Activated my products within an hour of paying. No Fuss and works well
I upgraded my MTN contract on Black Friday. Two days ago, the new usage values are loaded and all of a sudden, I could not send any SMS's although I had almost 2000 SMS's in credit, MTN support confirmed that the new contract package "MegaTalk M" have No-SMS's in the package, and the credit has been deleted. It also looks like al the talk minutes has not been transferred either. I have obtained a Government Gazette No: 41613 dated 7 May 2018 which states that the Electronic Communications Act (36/2005) as amended has new provisions that handles with the unlawfull expiry of previously paid service. Amendment of regulation 8 of the regulation para 8A (1) must receive a push notification of expiry of the SMS's (Which did not happen) and data to roll over Sect 8A(3). The Icasa Authority has made the decision that SMS, Voice, and data roll over notification should be sent Page (19 para 3.4.2.3 ) which also did not happen. I need my SMS's to roll over and if not, I will approach ICASA to review MTN' License compliance
Although Cell C say they do SIM swaps, they dont. I had a SIM card that I use in M2M application that went faulty just after I load it with airtime, databundles and SMS bundles. I never use the phone for voice and I keep "failing" the security test because the "System" ask me what the last number is that I dialled! But I don't dial numbers on that number so it is not possible to give that information! I therefore believe that the "System" is designed not to do SIM swaps and hence Cell-C gets to keep the funds available on the card.
After un upgrade to the same/similar contract, my account hiked from R500-R600 to R1700-R1900. I then investigated the issue and saw that \MTNCHOICE200"all of a sudden appears on my account as well as other anomalies"
