We have never experienced a major issue with this service provider. Timeous delivery, excellent portal to book services and speedy handling of bookings. We have used the PUDO system less than 5 times, but the main door-to-door service is our go-to option and so far so good. Nice, guys.
Instant help, professional communication, good client service system. We are new to this service provider, but the experience so far has been great. After leaving a previous schooling service provider due to lack of 2-way communication and client engagement, IVA is a fresh breath of air. Nice IVA.
The teachers are mostly great, but the background administration and management are close to useless. You will almost never speak to a manager or head of department. This was experienced since 2022 while we have been a client of Teneo since 2020. If you have no issues to solve with finances, registration or administration, then things go smoothly. But beware the moment you need anything related to administration, registration, finance, feedback or actual human discussions to solve these issues. The human touch for client service became almost non-existent after 2022. An example: Registered for 2025 during November 2024 AND paid fees. No classes activated for 2025. No feedback on queries since 13 January. 1 week later Teneo cancelled the registration without reason - the first feedback received since the enquiry. A week of classes lost. Now busy evaluating alternatives that actually commit to their website promises.
2 March 2015. No improvement what so ever. Previous complaints were just answered with lip service. There was a hint of HSDPA in town, but that faded quicker than mist in the sun.<br> <br> During Armed forces day all was functioning great, but after that the service went out the back door.<br> <br> Does MTN just not care any more? Empty promises, poor infrastructure, overly prices roaming costs - especially data - R250/Mb - Really?<br> <br> Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.
Problems have been reported since November 2014. Initial response was good, but no service to date. Poor data and voice over whole town. Twice reported on website, once via additional data service provider using MTN network as well as local mtn shop. Only edge, dropped calls and broken voice. Service is getting pathetic. Why should I stay?
