.We bought more than R300 worth of hot dogs and chips from the food truck just outside Builders Warehouse Cape Gate. There were two girls helping us. It wasn't busy despite it being lunch time. We noticed the younger lounging outside and she was quickly called in when we arrived. We must have disturbed her sleep. Anyway she help another customer and got his order wrong. Then it was our turn. We wanted two sauces on and she obliged. Suddenly she started sighing and became frustrated. We didn't know why. We tried to calm her down and asked that she just takes a quick breath and relax. She was in a different state of mind. Didn't want to speak or help us further. We ask the older girl to intervene, it helps somewhat. We are not entirely sure why she reacted that way but staff are supposed to be kind helpful and friendly at all times no matter who upset your day. So that's the last time we support that food truck. We call on the owners to educate the staff especially the young school going ones or school leavers. It is very upsetting to go through such an experience.
This is our second time of booking with Pentravel and still they exceed all of our expectations. We're sure to book with them every year. It's hassle free, no frills attached. I just email my enquiry, soon after I get my response and quote. Payment is made. And we're set for our next travel adventure.
I had a rather bad experience the second of using this company to quote repair work on our Samsung front loader washing machine. The first contact was to establish the cost just to look at the machine to establish what needs replacing. I was advise by Chris that i need to pay R180 which i did. A few days later I received a call from one of the staff. The repiar work is for a gasket and bearings. Cost would be R 1600. I gave the go ahead. Then i received a call a second time from the technician David who informed me that there's more damage and the spider arm must be replaced. I was shocked to the core. Questioning what was the R180 for then. Was it not to open the whole machine? He didn't answer. So I left there and said I contact them again. Instead Chris called and told me the same thing about the spider arm. I asked the same question about the R180. But he just made excuses. He 2as very unprofessional. I wasn't happy. I told him I'll get back to them. A week later I asked for the machine back. Then and argement ensued about storage costs and fine print that was on the tear off slip, and who should explain what....a whole lot of trash etc... not professional from Chris. So I acknowledge that I was wrong. We ended the conversation and I left. I then fetched the machine the next day only to wait 1 hour because it was being reassembled. Bad really bad. I will never go back there.
I handed my daughter's cell phone in for repair on 10 March 2015. today 5 May 2015 i still haven't received any response whether the insurance will repair or pay. The reason for their delay is that they are waiting on a recording. What hog wash.<br> <br> I tried calling the customer service centre a few times. got through once and got disconnected and tried 4 times thereafter. spending my hard earned cash in making calls i pay for holding on for up 18 mins at a time and still no answer. i even sent an email and today being the second day, still no response from customer care.<br> <br> Leon Abrahams
Henry, <br> <br> Could not reduce the pricing to the ridiculous amount i requested , but was most certainly helpful to reduce the premium to suit my immediate needs
