Sold Faulty Vehilce/ Vehicle roadworthy test came back FAILED
VW The Glen sold us a faulty car two months ago and forced us to give them time to repair the car after we told them we don't want the car and would like the deal to be cancelled. After begging sales guy to sort this out our car went into the workshop for two weeks and we were told the car has to be stripped etc but as per the sales manager and sales guy and technician there were no faults found we had to go to the dealer to test the car and show them exactly what wrong and then the technician picked it up and booked the car again in. After still telling them we don't want the car anymore they refused to cancel the deal and gave us the car back with the exact same problems and added to it there was electrical issues. We then took the car to AA Dekra to do roadworthy as the car condition explained it all. TEST RESULTS FROM DEKRA CAME BACK FAILED...FAILED... Do not buy cars from VW The Glen. Banks and insurance company needs to know that we are financing vehicles from them that are not roadworthy and are in bad condition.

Account paid up and now i am blacklisted
I was told by a bank when applying for finance that Truworths has blacklisted me, i paid my account in June and was told that i was blacklisted in May when i made the arrange in May to pay June, payment was done,their attorneys did not update Truworths that i have paid,only to find out 4months later they were not updated and it client duty to let Truworths know that it paid up,now 4months down the line the account is paid and nobody can assist with removing my name from ITC or the blacklisting.

Refund Breakage deposit always has stories
Good day<br> <br> I stayed in Margate Durban Krizaan 2 in December 2014 for almost 5 nights for the week of new years, no one was at the unit to do a check list on all things in the unit, we never broke any of there things,its now almost a month that I have been running around from one person to another for my refund of R1000,they are not professional at all and do not give a damn about there customers, you pay them all the money they make you run to the owner of the unit to pay you back, I mean really...Please do not use them for accommodation. I still don't have my refund and I feel I just needed to let other people know, bad service and just everything about them. Will never use them again ever...
