Thank you Nokuthula for handling my claim so well- you communicated every step and you kept me updated from start to finish, which is something I have been battling to get out of most Momentum Claims Consultants. Though the outcome was not in my favour (which you did thoroughly explain to me), the overall customer experience was amazing.
There's absolutely NO customer service, no sense of urgency on claims, Momentum states that one can submit a claim via the app but that only prompts a “call back” & NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK!! Phones just ring with no one picking up, switchboard is pathetic!! I've only been with this insurer for a month & my days with them are numbered... I'M A PAYING CUSTOMER & I SHOULD NOT BEG FOR SERVICE!!!! When they're giving you a quote they will give you all the attention & keep calling you, once you've signed up... You’re on your own!!!!
Generally happy with outsurance- they always go the extra mile and consultants are friendly.
I wouldn't recommend- Extreme lack of customer service, no one updates you on progress of claims- my swimming pool claim took an entire month!! I had to be the one following up every single time and still... no one actually knew what was happening to my claim. I moved to another service provider because it was just not worth my time dealing with absa's lack of customer service on a daily basis!!
bought a wilmar's dip from checkers, the avocado dip! it tastes like PAINT. Like some sort of a CHEMICAL. This product should not be on the shelves. I could not even inhale it due to the strong chemical-like smell and I threw it in the bin immediately. <br> <br> I will be warning my friends and family from buying this chemical of a dip. There is NOTHING avocado there.
