I have been trying since late Niv to get fibre loaded at my shop. Absolutely no communication online status is absolutely useless. When calling the call centre the average call time waiting is 22 min only to get through to support for the call to be cut off. This happend 8 times since I called in Dec and now again in Jan. Absolutely pathetic service all round!
This charming small restaurant is a hidden gem! The staff are friendly and attentive and make you fell right at home. The menu has a great offering and the food is really good. I had the smashed avo and crispy bacon on toast with a poached egg and it was simply divine.
I have been trying for over a year yo cancel my fibre through telkom. I am now at my wits end. Demand letter and unable to get through on phone. Telkom shops also can't help and email address provide bounce back. I can't get hold if a number for vumatel help desk.

I have been holding on for technical assistance for over 75min absolutely horrific service. I am still waiting. Unfortunately this is not the 1st time phone and Internet faulty since Dec. Several calls to the centre have taken around 30min to be answered. Customer service in this country is horrendous but this is a whole new level. Would love to put a proposal together on how to deliver customer service.
