<p>I took out a new contract on the 16th December 2016 and today, the 20th December I am still not able to make phone calls because I have not been credited the minutes that is part of the package. I am also unable to load airtime and keep getting an error message when I try. At this stage, 4 days later, I am without any means of communicating outside of office hours. The Chatz store in Mall@Reds just keep saying that according to their system I do have airtime available and that they will log a call but the issue does not get resolved. Although they represent Vodacom, they seem unable to do much in getting issues resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have told me that as part of this contract I will be getting 10GB data once off. I received 4GB data and am now told that it is pro-rata because I took the contract in the middle of the month. How pathetic is that, they should have told me upfront then I could have stayed on pre-paid and take the contract at the start of the new month.</p>
I have recently spoken to a call centre agent to address an issue with my existing pvr decoder and this agent told me about the new Price Lock deal. I sent an sms to the number provided and received a call back. The agent explained that he must issue a new contract and needs my bank details. Something sounded 'off' about this as I have been a Multichoice customer for a long time and I am not comfortable providing bank details to some stranger calling me. MC have my details as I am already paying by debit order. I called the call centre myself and this agent explained that this the only way and promised me another call back from an 087.. number (for security reasons). I did get a call but not from an 087 number so naturally I refused to proceed. I then submitted a written complaint to MC and they explained to me that I needed to go through the process if I wanted the Price Lock deal. Again she promised to ensure I get a call back from an 087 number. This was on the 17th February and I still have not been contacted. I have a problem wt strangers wanting my bank details telephonically and would like MC to help me get the deal without compromising my bank details.
I contracted with this company to do an investigation as they came recommended to me. I had to pay a large sum of money upfront about 5 months ago. However, now I am trying to follow up and I am getting no response. I phoned the guy two weeks ago and he said he would phone me back in 5 minutes. However, he never did. Now he is not answering the phone when I call, not responding to texts and also not responding to e-mails.
We have applied for a student loan at the end of December already and we are still unable to find out what the status of the application is. There is an online application where you can supposedly track the status but ever since we have lodged the application, the status reads \Your application has been submitted for processing". We have received sms notifications for more documents that needed to be uploaded which we immediately uploaded but ever since we have not been able to talk to anybody about the status of the application.<br> I have tried to follow up with the Castle Walk branch where we live but they are unable to assist. I logged two complaints with the national call centre but they can only send an e-mail and hope they get a response and have not been able to assist either. """
