Their prices are very decent. They are friendly, happy to assist, came out to rake all measurements and did the installation, a few days later, wothin a few hours. Workmanship is very good. They also cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Granite Objects
I would like to query the additional monthly fixed charges added to my account. - Electricity: Service and wires charge of R339.89 - Water: Fixed basic charge of R138.34 - Sewerage: Fixed basic charge of R82.30 - City-wide cleaning of R121.22 Please explain what all these additional charges, which are over and above the normal usage charge, are for? Consolidated, these charges make up 17.5% of my normal account, which is a large amount which I am unable to see any benefit of. Surely my property taxes are supposed to cover the additional fixed fees. If not, then what exactly does property taxes used for?
One of multiple previous disputes to have a road fixed which was ripped open over a year back to fix a burst pipe and since then never been closed up: 9118991419. Road still not fixed after a year and a half and after having submitted multiple requests. This is really pathethic service that one has to constantly complain to get things done. Please fix the road!!!!
Pathetic service from Builders warehouse online services. Order placed 24 January with expected delivery on 18 Feb. It is now 27 Feb and Builders Warehouse is unable to contact the supplier or provide an update on when delivery will take place. It is constantly I who have yo follow up via phonecall as Builders Warehouse customer service does not respond to any online or email enquiries.

On 5 July I redeemed 21000 MTN Yellow rewards for a R500 Planet 54 clothing voucher. I received the MTN SMS with the following voucher code: MTNR500-3qkktw. I tried to redeem the voucher at Planet54.com on the evening of 5 July and received an error message indicating that the voucher code was invalid. I have been trying to resolve this with MTN since 6 July, having called multiple times and having been directed to multiple departments, ranging from MTN Direct (135/0831233667) to Mondo/MTN rewards (tel: 0872500875/0315330000). References provided: Query: 1-22173715047, 1-22928247287, 1-23040056559, 1-22742618290, 1-23253878163 & 1-23260850982. I have also sent multiple emails with no feedback as yet.
I was supposed to have been sent 5 Bitcoins based on what was accumulated in my Capitaltradezone trading account. Only 99 cents came through. The reason provided by the sender is that the transfer is still pending on his side. Possible reason is that my account first needs to be activated?? His suggestion was that I need to make an additional payment to the Blockchain wallet to activate my account. Blockchain confirmed that no additional funds were required to activate an account. Trader is Jay Mchugh from Capitaltradezone. Since addressing this with the trader all support and responses from the trader went quiet.
