Trying to get hold of a human when having a question is like going to the dentist. When trying to book a wheelchair is not possible and then you have to try and get one when you get to the airport. Cant they just get their software developers to fix the BUG. I think the only reason why the bug is not fixed yet is because nobody can get hold of a human to tell them. I know BOTS make life easier but atleast have a option to talk to an operator. LOL, even if you send a mail to help@flysafair.co.za, you get a half baked message back from a BOT that does not work either.
Once again, WebAfrica strike out. After taking a month to install a fiber line to my house which was already there, they now manage to only supply half the promised bandwidth. After refusing to pay for bad service, I am not not able to find any way of canceling my line. There is absolutely no way to communicate with anybody, as the WHATSAPP chat just tell me to pay first and then they will cancel the line. I am willing to pay whatever is outstanding but first need my line canceled. or a person and not a BOT to talk to. I am so disapointed in Webafrica, and would suggest that clients think twice before signing on.
I have been in telecommunication for the last 30 years and have work with various communications companies accross the world, but up to know I have never dealt with a company that like Webafrica. 1) There is no human interaction at all, so if you have a problem talk too the BOT, what they do not tell you is that you wait hours for the BOT to get going and if you are lucky enough to get hold of a consultant, the person is clueless and will get back to you, which alsoo does noot happen. 2) I had 2 installations done at the same time, but different addresses, The MWEB installatioon via Vodacom was brilliant and took 2 weeks, with almost daily feedback, the Webafrica installation is still pending more than a month later with absolutely the bare minimum communication. 3) So how to cancel the installation, NO idea how to do that as it is not on the BOT list and nobody to ask. Stay away from these clowns............
I recently bought a GOPRO HERO 10, and the camera is great, the challenge is the GOPRO support. Well there is no support. When trying to activate my account I do not receive any mails from GOPRO , I do however receive all the GOPRO marketing mails, which imply that the GOPRO domain is not blocked by my service provider. Trying to contact GOPRO is not possible as they only have a chat system that does not seem to work as I am in queue now for more than 5 Hours.

<p>I can not believe that a company like IGNITE is not able to renew my domain.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now been trying to get the domain name renewed for more than a week with no success.</p> <p> </p> <p>The domain expires tomorrow and I have been busy with them all day long trying to get it resolved, b ut nobody knows have to do it. When trying to get hold of them the phones just ring or I get transfered from person to person.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am definately moving accross to AFRIHOST.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
Dear Reader<br> <br> I have joined MWEB BUSINESS almost 30 days ago to try out their hosting options. 30 days later and a lot of promises it is still not working. The worst part is that I can not even phone the sales or accounts call centre to cancel as they have not updated the number on the portal, and the rest of the numbers under contact me does not work. <br> <br> This is a example of a company that is quick to take your money and after that no service.<br> <br> Stay clear of this crowd, they are disappointing <br> <br> Regards<br> Dawie
