Lies and excuses
Only excuses of flights cancelled. After 16 day no package yet. No updates only excuses. There chat on their website is of no use. Phone also does not help. I had it with lies and excuses. Just do what your are paid for.

Where did my money go?????
I ordered products and paid for it. I did not receive a tracking number. I went back to their website this morning, just to find that the website has been suspended. I phoned the number on my order document, and it goes to voice mail. I went to their Facebook page and got a WhatsApp number. The message is unread for some time now. I also phoned the WhatsApp number, and it too went to voice mail immediately. Very unhappy.
