Fonechoice Vultures usless service no feedback no word
It has been 2 months since my phone was stolen and it is insured throught these useless fonechoice even after sent in my case number ID and type of phone it was which i was told by one of their staff members after i called to ask what will need to proceed to claim from Fonechoice , they are very quick to take the premium installement but useless for anything else And I am still waiting

OVER PRICED AND MISLEADING
THE ONLINE STORE DOES NOT 100% GIVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION TO WHAT THE ACTUAL PRODUCT IS I SAW ON THE WEBSITE A BOTTLE OF JOHNNIE WALKER GOLD ONLY TO BE SURPRISED WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED THAT IT WAS A JOHNNIE GOLD RESERVE WHICH I DID NOT WANT AS THERE ARE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE 2 BOTTLES AND IT IS ALSO OVER PRICED WHEN YOU CAN PICK UP THE SAME BOTTLE FOR 30% LESS OF THE PRICE

poor service and faulty products
I have purchased a fridge in November of 2014 and in April it has stopped working , so I called the client and they sent a technician out to check the problem i was told it was the compressor and they need to get a new one and it will take 2 to 3 weeks for the part to arrive so I waited 4 weeks until i phoned and complained that no one has called to state the situation of the part and the initial repair of my fridge then i was told that the part could not be found then the next day i was told they had the part and the technician will come out which never happen then <br> I had to phone again and complain to higher management then he came the next day and he supposedly fixed it however it didn't even take 24 hours till it broke again which is the entire fridge now and I am very unhappy with the service given to me and the repair which was a waste of my time and looking at the situation repairing my fridge will not work as I believe they could not find the part to fix it and to make me happy was told they did find it the job no. for this query is JB44160

LOST PAPER WORK
I SENT MY DOCUMENTS VIA COURIERS AND THE NEXT DAY I PHONED TO SEE IF THEY HAVE RECEIVED MY PAPERWORK I WAS TOLD YES AND EVEN I RECEIVED A LETTER IN THE POST SAYING THAT THEY RE CURRENTLY PROCESSING MY PAPERWORK. TODAY WHEN I PHONED I WAS TOLD THEY HAVE NO RECEIVED ANY PAPERWORK AND HAVE TO RE APPLY,
