Clear Review Removal Specialist-Hyphen PDA have taken my money today after I have cancelled the debit order mandatory I had with them who ever that was assisting decided not to cancel as I called them and emailed them to tell them that I want to cancel they took R1000 now 29 December 2025 and this was cancelled in May 2025 I want my money u are a ***** after so many months u decided to take I'm kids money pay my money My Name is NOLUTHANDO PEARL MASEKO 0615466199 Im so disappointed in these companies they rep us off
Viva life insurance has bad customer service .Last month on the 28/03/24 they decided to debit twice for what i don't know.I sent them an email sometime last week and they said they couldn't get hold of me but i didn't see any missed call from them ,i tried calling them using my work number yesterday telling them about my problems and they put me on hold till i dropped the call .Today they decided to call me and they just telling me how sorry they are mind you they not coming up with a solution about the extra deduction... Please bare in mind that no one has money lying around for no reason.They didn't even try to come up with a lie that the money they deducted will be put through for the following month.They are so rude and they don't want to be corrected.
I am not impressed with their service, I opened a membership with them after a month i lost my job and called them and spoke to a lady called Chantelle and then told her that I would like to cancel my membership because i wont be getting any income anymore. But she kept insisting to put on hold till October but she will give me a call before they deduct October to check if I am getting any income. Then they never called me they deducted money from my account without telling me when i ask to revise it they telling me that they cant revise it because it the membership fees are non-refundable, which is didn't even know about. I feel that as a sales person you must tell the customer about the terms and conditions even on a call. Which i didn't even get. I thought only funeral cover membership do that not this nonsense.
I got a contract phone from iSmart on the 28 November 2014 and it has been giving me problems from December last year and I have been calling them about the problem when the phone stopped work from last week and now I would like to cancel my contract with them cause the haven't called me back ever since. I am paying for the phone the amount of R409 every month and the phone is not even working. So can I be assisted about the problem.
