Worst service ever received from a restaurant I've been to. Being in the Hospitality Trade for 19 Years for a manager or cashier to treat their customers the way I have been treated last night 25/08/2025 is totally unasked for and unacceptable. This is the second time I'm experiencing this type of service at the fast-food outlet. I placed an order on WhatsApp @ 17h50. They went online numerous times and just do not reply or acknowledge the order. I started phoning them at 18h00 to confirm my order. I phoned almost 30 times, and no one answer the telephone, but they are online on WhatsApp. At 18h45 i was beyond lived and got into my car and went to the store, just to fine +/- 7 people waiting for their orders. As I got out the car I stood at the door and phoned, they look at the phone and just continue ignoring the incoming call. Another gentleman walked in as well and told them his is calling the last 30 minutes and no one answers, and he also placed an order on the WhatsApp line without any success. We just received a ****y answer from the white lady that was way too busy counting money that they are busy and stopped taking orders at 18h10. How can this be allowed. Your times stated that you are open till 19h00 but you stop taking orders at 18h10 because you are busy. Just imagine the amount of customer you lose due to this attitude and behavior of the staff in the shop. I can tell you what the issue is here, they want to leave at 19h00 and go home and not close the shop only at 19h00. This was the same person that I had the same incident with in April 2024 and reported it to the Thats Fishy Head Office EC and are still waiting for management and owner's feedback. I will NEVER recommend this franchise to anyone in my industry
Pathetic Service and quality are still putting it very mildly. We did our patio though them in Aug 2019 and since day one our patio leaked to such an extent that we hardly can braai outside. They came out numerous times after hard fights to come and fix the leak (Pap and Lap is all they believe in) and till date July 2024 no leak was ever properly repaired. The roof sheeting started to rust where the leak is, and they got their payment so who are they to care. We as the customer must sit with the inconvenience and disappointment that we actually gave them the job to do instead of a reliable, reputable and trustworthy company. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy. We are now actually replacing the patio as we cannot continue like this going forward. Worst customer service, worst after sale service and worst communication skills, as all messages are getting read and nothing gets responded on.
Pathetic service. Being phoning "Thats Fishy in Circular Drive" since 19:00 on the 15/03/2024 and apparently she THE MANAGER) is busy to answer the phone when I approached her at the store. Decided to drive there to find that shes cashing up just after 19:45 and told me with an attitude that the kitchen is closed while Google shows they are still open. Previously a gentleman who worked there took my order at 19:45 and assisted with the opposite attitude of the so called manager. How can a MANAGER ignore calls since 19:00 because shes apparently to busy busy. Two minures before I walked into the shop I still called her just to find two clients in the store when I walked in, BUT SHES APPARENTLY BUSY!!!!! Im in the hospitality and service management industry for 29 years and what I experienced tonight is SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST and definitely not service delivery or care to your clientele. Clearly the owner has more than enough money to ignore calls for an hour befors closing time while google say you arw OPEN. Clearly this is a situation where they want to leave the store and GO HOME AT 20:00, no matter clients needs or service delivery.

I would like to bring the following to your attention as Im livid and actually reached a point this morning where I arrived back from Knysna and went straight to your shop My mom gave in a tv and microwave Saturday morning at 10 after I phoned the store and spoke to a gent called Joshua. He told me over the phone that I can bring the two appliances in and that they will look at it quick and sent me a damage report before close of business as I explained to him its urgent and I have people in my house who needs the appliances and my insurance company are waiting for the report My mom dropped it off and he confirmed that I will have it before close of business emailed to me. At 11 Saturday morning I followed up and still nothing. At 12 I followed up again and was told its second in line. No phone call before close of business received. Empty promises made and cannot kept their promise and service. On Monday I drove back from Knysna and phoned the store just after 8. I spoke to Joshua and he said its opened up and they are busy with it. I needed to gonto the post office in Walmer and thought let me pop in and get the serial numbers so long to get quotes as this process takes forever. Getting to the store Joshua was out and another gent helped me. I saw my TV in the entrance area and asked were they done. He replied no they did not look at it yet Whyyyyyy???????!! Lying to customers and making empty promises. I told my insurance company they will have it at close of business Saturday and I look like a completeidiot due to your staff being incompetent and making empty promises. I took my appliances and asked for a refund and will go to another company. How difficult can it be to be honest to customers . I am toatally disappointed and will make sure social media and Hallo Peter hear of this. This is unacceptable. I paid for a service and were lied to. The gent laughed and had a **** attitude Monday when I walked in there and asked for answers. He even said I can go to Hello Peter and report it yo you. Pathetic!!!! Seems like when you are on leave they can do what they want and customer service and etiquette is out the door Looking for your earliest response
<p>I took my car to the car wash at the Engen Service Stateion at the PE Airport on Thursday the 06/07/2017 @ 12h00 for a car wash. The car was not dirty at all but its a routine car wash. Upon collecting my car just after 2 I picked up vaded spots om mt divers door and passanger door behind the driver seat. Upon looking at these spots I notced that my car was damaged. The washers used a sponge and their nails to remove marks of my car and crashed my car at the same time by doing so</p> <p>Upon reporting it to management they said that the owner is currently out and will be back later. I infomed them thet I work at the airport and he must please come and speak to me before 15h30</p> <p>No one came and I decided to stop there on my way home. Very rude and arrogant he as on his phone the whole time and did not introduce himself as the owner of the service station and appologised for the incident. Being in the service industry thay is one of the first things you do if you are a owner of a company of a manager. appologise to your customer.</p> <p>Well guess wha. the one who caused the damage is dead and no one now how this happened.The car is still brand new with ony 10000km on the clock. Speaking in his home language and not taking his customer into consideration he continued like that for about 15 min after which I asked what are we going to do as I need this to be resolved. <p>I placed a order online Order Number 6230 with Kidsandall and till date no response was received or confirmation of the order as sent. The office number now suddenly belongs to another company and the cell numbers for Nico and Marius just dont get answered. Payment for this order was made and a person dont get any form of confirmation</p> <p>How must a person track your parcell?????? This is a scammed website that I can tell unless proved wrong. Being with ADT since last year June 2014 was only a total disaster and disappointment. I had three complaints and none of them were professionally dealt with.<br> 1. ADT were not visible in our area AT ALL after consulting with the sales consultant he guaranteed me they do regular patrols which is Bull Dust<br> 2. My wife were home one day and pressed the panic button, 25 minutes later ADT armed response phone me asking if everything was in order or if they can dispatch a vehicle. PATHETIC!!!<br> 3. On the 24 November 2015, I requested additional installations to be done at my home and I paid the deposit as requested by the sales agent the same day. I asked him nicely if they can install at the latest Friday the 27th November because I'm going away for the weekend. nothing was done and today is Tuesday the 1 December 2015<br> No phone call received till date and no news with regards to my installation<br> They are extremely quick to ask for the deposit to be paid for paper work to be done BUT pathetic to deliver on their promise of customer service and satisfaction. I'm currently at the stage where I will insist for my contract to be cancelled as they are in Breach of Contract<br> <br> NOT HAPPY AT ALL
Good Afternoon<br> <br> I would like to bring the following to your attention. We bought Real Baby vests from the Pick & pay clothing in Walmer Park three weeks ago as a gift for a baby shower. My wife gave it to het best friend for her baby shower and after the friend washed it in a cold wash it end up unusable. The buttons doesn't even reach anymore that's how weird it pulled. It was not even ironed. The friend came back to us and asked for the slips in order to return it and we did not keep it. It is such an embarrassment for us to give her a gift which end up like this<br> <br> I would like some feedback from Pick & Pay and would like to know what you can do in order to rectify this. I had a data contract with MTN and cancelled it in November 2014 with s lady who work at the 6th Avenue Shopping Center, Walmer in Port Elizabeth with the name Taryn<br> <br> She blocked the sim card ( 0810479205) on the system and cancelled it for me. There are still debit orders going off my account for this contract. I need answers ax to why there are still debit orders going off and what I need to do more in order to CANCEL THIS CONTRACT TODAY with no charges. I am extremely disappointed in the way my query were handled and that charges are still going off after I confirmed with her several time that it is done correctly. It is pathetic<br> I phoned them a week ago and finally got hold of a gentleman after trying to phone them 14 times at the office just said phone 808. I told him my sim is blocked and were blocked by Taryn. His response again. Sorry sir phone 808.
