Ive had three line problems "fixed" at telkom on afrihost's request. Yet I have no internet for more than a month now. Ive communicated the problem numerous times to afrihost, it just seems that no one gives a ****. now I payed for january, after i canceled this useless service earlier in December. I can guarantee you, i just paid for nothing and you will too. Cant even get my line migrated to a new ISP, becaise these leeches hve not had enough of sucking me dry. I implore all, do not sign with AFRIHOST, you'll be frustrated and infuriated then charged for the amazing feeling.

So I applied for a \5min loan\" on ABSA's Internet banking. It was pre approved on Friday, went to ABSA Menlyn on Saturday, where I was told I have to call the call centre. Called the call centre, waited 10 minutes, gave up. Seriously. Then I got Messages from ABSA, saying to call Thlalefo at 0119010396 and MANDY at 0119010396 with my reference number. Called Thlalefo
I've been called 4 times about some designated driver services, please scrap me of all your telemarketing lists. Thanks to this, there is absolutely no way in hell I will ever renew or upgrade this current contract!!
I bought Alpine Drystar gloves (R750) from WOA Centurion in March 2015. These gloves didn't even last till winter (2 Months lifetime was it) . When I returned it (June 2015), I was told that I'd have to pay a further R450, to get them replaced. Hence I have not collected them from the store since. Complete waste of money, and That R450 is probably cost price, meaning these oaks mark up their items by roughly 40%. Be warned motorcyclists. WOA will burn a hole through your pockets and expect you to invest more for the same shit.
So at 10:40 9/11/2015, I was called by a telemarketer from ABSA (Vusani I believe). At first I listened, But the more I refused, the adamant he became. Please remove me from all further telemarketing ventures. I simply do not have the patience.
Got my line up and running in no time, the man who assisted me, Michael, was efficient and knowledgeable about all things ADSL and is simply awesome in all aspects of service delivery. Very happy with Afrihost and their amazing service, highly recommend them as an Internet service provider!!
The day before the debit order, I asked for assistance, this was the reply:

Dear EdwardThanks for your mail. We hope you are well.Your account is suspended because we are still waiting for line activation. This may take up to 30 days. Your router probably hasn't been struck by lightning, but if you left it plugged in during a storm you may want to Google the signs of lightning damage, and base your search on your router make and model. We will definitely let you know when your account is up and running :)Have a great dayLind

Regards Nick - [URL Removed] Internet Joy!

Now I dont get it, sunday I received a message that my line was activated. Previously when I called customer services they told me that no debit order would go through until my line was active and that it would take 14days. Now after fourteen days Nick tells me 30 days? And shortly afterwards a debit order goes through, and here I am empty handed and frustrated.
I'm slowly losing my mind. Been two weeks my since I started a new contract at autopage, was promised my sim swap will be finalized in 48 hours...now its been two weeks. After receiving a call from customer care ensuring me they will follow up on the problem...nothing has happend, still stuck at square one. If the problem is not fixed within 48 hours, I will not continue with the contract, this has now been simply too long...get a grip!!
Don't call me, call your'e employee Hendrik: 081 464 9998, who made me the empty promises.
Went to autopage for a simswap to a new contract, vodacom to vodacom, been like two weeks. Seriously...is it extremely difficult, or is someone extremely incompotent??
It's now been about two weeks since I applied for a new uChoose vodacom contract through Autopage. I opted to keep my old number, hence the sim swap. I received a new phone and sim, because my old sim doesn't fit in my new phone, but I havnet been able to use my new phone or sim even once since I'm still waiting for my sim swap to be completed, no one has even tried to tell me why this is taking so long. I don't know who is to blame, vodacom or Autopage, but I'm extremely gatvol for my old phone dying everyday beforeIi even reach home, please someone, help me.
