I would like to appreciate and thank you for the support you have given me over the years. As we all knows that time are though and living is more expensive. I tried to call and send email last week with no luck. I would like to request a 50% discount on my current balance. I would like to settle it before I get into trouble. Please help
I sent all the proofs of resident that you can think of, the took R2000.00 when I came for inspection they demanded that I pay another R3000.00 or they taking the car. I didn't have that money and the proofs of resident they are referring to were given to them. the car is with them and I didn't cancel any contract. but because they are crooks instead of giving me my R14000.0 back they would demand a cancellation fee. They took my car, I didn't cancel my contract, I don't need they services anymore. now the keep calling and asking the kilometers while the car is with them. As the car is no longer in my position I want my R14000.00,
I have been complaining for the past 4 years now and my matter is being handled by Laurelen Vermeulen, my frustration is that she has never answered any of my question and my matter has never been resolved. my first complain I was told that the credit insurance only paid for 3 months of which no one at the bank informed me about that as according to the load agreement the credit insurance was supposed to settle my load. I ended up making payment arrangements as I was still unemployed, they keep changing premiums without communicating with me. After my last week complain still Laurelen phoned, I asked the bank to give me 50% discount on the current balance so that I can never deal with them ever again and I stated the following reasons. They don't communicate, they just do as they please on my account. I asked how much have I already paid into this account ever since I started paying including the payment from the credit insurance, No answer Can I talk to her Manager, she refused. I have paid lot of money that was supposed to be paid by their credit insurance. After, I have been paying since 2014 all I am asking is a 50% discount from the current balance.
I am very disappointed seriously. They wanted a proof of resident and I was advised by Junior to do a fast mail to my physical address take a photo and sent it to them and I did that, they only want to verify if they can post an traffic fines against me to my address if there is any, the only letter that was posted to me was vodacom long time ago and they are no longer posting statement, they only use emails now. I reported a battery frailer on my car and it not the first time I cannot even drive a long distance with this car its risky to drive with an ****up battery. how many times to I have to complain. the oil lick was fixed, battery not changed and the proof of resident submitted as advised and now they are saying the envelope is invalid. if the envelope is invalid go to the post office and verify it yourself as you said you did with vodacom. I am very disappointed with HI-FI corporation Newcastle . my TV became black in December I sent it to the store as it was and warrant. They took my Sunsui TV and me to home to bring the power cable. The next day I was told that the TV is got cracks I went to the store to see what they were telling me over the phone.the crecks were visible of which they were not there when i brought the TV. Weeks later I was told come and watch. I told them that I am in Durban for training when i back i will come to the store to watch it . to my surprise the footage was not there. All i want is my TV to be fix. I am paying for a dstv without a tv how painful is that . even my wife and are under serious stress.
When I signed the contract with you, there was a loadshedding you did not give me my copy how do you expect me to know when it due for inspection. And now you are telling me that you will uplift my car because I didn't come for inspection. When coming over please bring my deposit with the guys who will be coming. I am sick of your criminal act. You made me pay R2000 for fuel according to the contract and later changed to proof of residence of which I submit and then you wanted an envelope what the heck was that. Please do me a favor my deposit and that R 2000 I have already paid will be for fuel when coming over
My TV had a displaying issues I brought it to the store where I bought it from, the next day I was told to come to the store because there were visible dents on the screen of which they were not there. The following week they said I must come to watch the video footage. I told them that I was in training and now I am at the store they are telling me that the video is no available. I want my TV to be fixed. I want proof and they are saying they don't have.
Hi this is not funny anymore, I asked a simple question to FNB Personal loans. I was retrenched in 2013, sent the retrenchment letter to the bank for them to process credit insurance claim. what I was told is that the credit insurance that was part of my premiums and it will settle the balance in the event of death, retrenchment etc. I aske the bank a simple question, what happened to my credit insurance, why my account was not settle and was my file sold to an external debt collector. I have never received an answer and ended up doing a negotiated settlement of R1500. per month and now I have received forth external debt collector. what is happening her I have sent the retrenchment letter and again asking these questions and no answer instead and sms from DCM. Guys watch out the External Debt Collectors buy our files from Banks for them to make money out of us and you end being a bad payer at ITC.
Hi I have a car rental with this company, I paid deposit as agreed, i took the car with me. Now they want me to pay for fuel, whereas I am buying petrol. what they have done now they made a purchase from DBN and I am in Newcastle. what kind of fraud is this. I made a stoporder for R 4450 and it being paid every month and Last month they made a parchase of R 500 without my concern and today R4650 in total what I have paid including the fraudulent is R9600. I want all my money including the deposit of R12000. and they must take their car because they are criminals.
My Sansui TV had a displaying issues, the screen turned black. on my visit to the store the sales lady to report that I have the the problem with my TV the sales lady told me that its the common problem . on Sunday 10.10.2021 I receive a phone call from the store that my TV had cracks of which it was not true my had only the displaying issues on arrival I saw the three spots on the screen according to my knowledge they were not there. I asked the technician where are these spots coming from and I was told that the spots were on my TV. today I visited the store I was told that I should have received a call from the technician to come collect my TV they will not fix it. they want me to pay for something that was not there on the arrival of my TV. the are busy telling me about their coverup stories of which I am not interested it. I cannot buy a TV closed to 6k last year and have displaying issues in the space of less than 24 months how possible is that. All I want is my TV to be sorted out. and the store must with its negligent
