POOR SERVICE, RUDENESS AND ARROGANCE
Today I visited Rebel Elite Fitness Johannesburg' at 16H25. A customer was exiting the premises and he kept the door open for me to enter. When I entered there was nobody at the counter. I waited a few minutes and then someone arrived at the counter area from a back office and before I had time to say anything he goes "Oh no, I cannot help you now. I am late. Come back tomorrow and I will help you". I never experienced such rudeness and arrogance. I have done many reviews on Hello Peter and on Google and most of them get a 5 star rating. Rebel Elite Fitness Johannesburg will be an exception. I certainly won't be looking for help again from this crowd.

A 112% increase in my Medical Aid Contribution and no possibility of contacting Discovery
Yesterday, Thursday, the 28th December 2023, I received a notification from Discovery stating: please note that your medical aid contribution for January 2024 had been increased by 112% and will be debited on 02/01/2024”. I haven’t ben hospitalised and I don’t suffer from a chronic disease. I am on the KeyCare Plus (Classic Smart) plan and I haven’t app**** for my plan to be upgraded. I tried to phone Discovery yesterday. I waited 45 minutes getting the following recorded message: “we apologise for the delay and we would like to ask you to please continue to wait - one of our skilled consultants will take your call shortly…” is “shortly” longer than 45 minutes? I sent them an email yesterday as well. Today, Friday the 29th December 2023, there has been no reply to my email. I again tried to phone Discovery on 0860 99 88 77. Waited an hour but no skilled consultant took my call - in fact no consultant at all! Discovery will take no calls on Saturday, Sunday and they won't take calls on Monday either because the 1st January 2024 is a Public Holiday. But they want to debit my account on the 2nd January 2024 by a massive 112% increase. Shame on you Discovery Health! Disgusting service!!

Xneelo, the BEST Hosting Company in the World!
Xneelo in Cape Town https://xneelo.co.za/ is arguably the BEST hosting company in the world! I have had websites for a number of years and I have had them hosted by various reputable companies such as WordPress.com https://wordpress.com/ and BlueHost.com https://www.bluehost.com/ (both US based). You cannot chat to anyone on WordPress.com unless you are on a premium plan (very expensive). In my case I had transferred my website to Xneelo and I only had a domain name left with WordPress. I was paying yearly renewals but even so I could not access online chat - they refer you to a Forum👎👎. BlueHost is good but expensive. My main website was hosted with BlueHost for about 10 years. I then decided to also move this particular website to Xneelo. Years ago I also tried HostGator.com https://www.hostgator.com/. Whether you communicate with a Xneelo Technical Consultant telephonically or online chat they are amazingly competent and friendly. A lot of work needed to be done on one of my large websites (transfer to a new domain, etc…) and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the following Technical Consultants at Xneelo: David du Preez, Jan-Herman, Prentholl Zincke and Raudhah Saturnyne. Excellent service by Kensington Mirror & Glass
KUDOS TO KENSINGTON MIRROR & GLASS There was a crack on a window (no idea how it happened) and on another window the window putty needed replacement in some areas.
