WARNING
WARNING: Our Company has purchased almost one hundred machines(100) from REBEL over the last three years. We only purchase from them because they have locked in brands like CONCEPT. And we can't purchase direct. If we could we would. Because the arrogance and ego's are growing every year. REBEL has now said they will no long supply spare parts for the machines we own. Very scary for anyone wanting to buy from them knowing they won't supply spares. Especially after purchasing so many machines. REBEL only cares about their next sale, not the history. Love the machines "Concept" just wish they would move agency to someone more down to earth.

POOR SERVICE, RUDENESS AND ARROGANCE
Today I visited Rebel Elite Fitness Johannesburg' at 16H25. A customer was exiting the premises and he kept the door open for me to enter. When I entered there was nobody at the counter. I waited a few minutes and then someone arrived at the counter area from a back office and before I had time to say anything he goes "Oh no, I cannot help you now. I am late. Come back tomorrow and I will help you". I never experienced such rudeness and arrogance. I have done many reviews on Hello Peter and on Google and most of them get a 5 star rating. Rebel Elite Fitness Johannesburg will be an exception. I certainly won't be looking for help again from this crowd.

Disappointed customer
Ordered a Kettlebell on the 14th of May, only to find out on the 9th of June that the courier has in fact lost the parcel. My two options were to either wait for new stock or to receive a refund. Although I understand that this is uncharted territory in terms of post level 4 lockdown, however, I feel like more should have been done from their side to make amends for this experience. I mean at least try to salvage (some) of the customer experience. For example, offer me a 20% discount with my next order, or whatever, just make an attempt to right the wrong. Especially if you expect me to wait two months! Definitely won't be supporting them in the future or recommend them to friends and family. Disappointing.

My second purchase from Rebel Elite Fitness but without a doubt not my last! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, fast shipping (even during these circumstances) and world class products. I take pride in recommending them to friends and family and will continue to support them going forward. Keep up the great work guys!

I have purchased gym equipment from several different online stores and I am taking the time to write this review because Rebel Elite Fitness is just in a class of their own. Delivery is always extremely fast, the goods are of the highest quality and I have never experienced an error with any of my orders. Chanté Spies is a pleasure to deal with – always friendly and helpful, and clearly passionate about her job. I have ordered from rebelstore.co.za several times now and have never been let down. In my book Rebel Fitness serves an example of how an online business should be run in South Africa. Thanks and well done.
