Called the call centre at 17:00, was told to collect after 15min, got to the branch at 17:35, order was not ready and had to wait for my order till 18:00 What is the point of call and collect when you still have to stand the queue waiting, pathetic if you ask me
She help me with the cross boud letter and is a good insurance
Dissatisfied, disappointed and angry is just an understatement at this point, paid for my disc renewal on the 27/03/2025 via the app and till today I do not have my vehicle disc, I have been calling daily and told it’s being escalated, was first told they could not locate my address, to share delivery address, shared that 3 times via email and vial phone calls, still confused why this was the case in the first place as the address is there on the app where I completed the full address when completing the transaction, how does Capitec expect I go on my trip with a disc that has expired?
Had a glass incident on the 27/09/2024 around 13:43 and immediately tried to reach kind price a couple of times with no luck than drove to the nearest service provider where they assisted with temporary repairs since claim was still not registered, than eventually got claim registered via the app later that day and was called by DGC to pay excess and start the process on the 30/09, excess was paid same day, was told window was ordered only to find that on the 11/10 after driving over 100km to get to the service providers that they had the wrong window, till today I do not have my window replaced and this on its own is a risk. I have paid the excess, paid for temp repairs and still drove over 100km to get assisted however till today I am without a window and no one bothers to even give update nor assist. This is only a glass claim for GODs sake

Worst service , while the que is long the employees have no time to attend to them rather they have only 1 cashier working and customers have to wait a long que Pep store goldspot in Vosloorus

I just walked into Sterns Chris hani mall, Vosloorus, had assistance from a lady by the name of Manqoba, sad to say walked out without the products I intended to get due to 3 reasons * item(earrings to be exact) we’re on display for R199 and when we got to the till I get advised that there is human error that they had the wrong price on display and the actual price of the earrings was R440 and this happens * I am at the till about to make payment than get advised their till doesn’t take the card( account card) and needed to replace it * Now I want to pay using my normal debit card than also advised their systems also doesn’t take debit cards I had to walk out having left behind what I wanted which was a chain and earrings I am now with a question of how can a big brand like TFG treat customers like this?
Having done micro blading last week Wednesday and it has already faded, no flakes or even the shading is gone, I am than told that I should have bought a gel , my question is now, is themicroblading first applicatiojn not supposed to last and even if it fades, leave some shading or direction before the second application, what kind is this that fades completely in less than a week ?once would swear I went for a tint last week and now back to normal. so I approach the lady to advise of what's happening and she gives attitude telling me to pay for a second application in 4 weeks and also get a gel, so how do I trust the second application will even last if the first didn't even last a week ? I followed all instructions, staying out of the sun, keeping it dry but just didn't get the gel and that seems now is the " issue" . honestly disappointed and after I post my review on their page I am threatened with lawyers . wow. wow wow, so much for customer service, you even refuse to see me and see what im talking about and we come to a solution instead you tell me, to just buy the gel and pay for second application.
