Poor Service
I purchased a 2-hour Pamper Package. When I tried to make an appointment, availability was near impossible and I was bounced between consultants. On two occasions I was encouraged to get a refund if I didn't like their lack of availability. When I expressed my disappointment and advised that I would have to address their behaviour with the online portal where I bought a voucher I was threatened that they would report me for being abusive and to advise the portal to 'protect other Salons from my Abusive attitude'. Absolutely shocking behavior !!!

Get what you pay for.
I recently booked 2 full body massages for my friend (who is a bride to be) and myself at the Detox Studio in Bedfordview. When we walked in, it wasn't at ALL what i was expecting! It seemed like a big shop with dividers for rooms. The people are very nice and helpful which makes it so much harder to post this. When we got there, they asked us to wait as we were early, when we got taken into the room with 2 beds in, it was extremely cramped and barely enough space for us to move around never mind enough space for the ladies doing the massages to move around. There was relaxing music playing in the back round which we could barely hear over the nail file, people speaking etc. The massages weren't bad but not best. I'm sure the salon its self is great as it was very busy but in my opinion they should definitely not offer massages. It was lacking that privacy and special touch to it. I guess you get what you pay for.

Devastated and dissapointed
Having done micro blading last week Wednesday and it has already faded, no flakes or even the shading is gone, I am than told that I should have bought a gel , my question is now, is themicroblading first applicatiojn not supposed to last and even if it fades, leave some shading or direction before the second application, what kind is this that fades completely in less than a week ?once would swear I went for a tint last week and now back to normal. so I approach the lady to advise of what's happening and she gives attitude telling me to pay for a second application in 4 weeks and also get a gel, so how do I trust the second application will even last if the first didn't even last a week ? I followed all instructions, staying out of the sun, keeping it dry but just didn't get the gel and that seems now is the " issue" . honestly disappointed and after I post my review on their page I am threatened with lawyers . wow. wow wow, so much for customer service, you even refuse to see me and see what im talking about and we come to a solution instead you tell me, to just buy the gel and pay for second application.

The Detox (fraud) Studio
To start with, I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this outlet for any Massage. First they are hard to find (location), phones are never available and the disdain disposition is rather a turn off
