Driveway International - Very professional staff and great work ethic
I saw a negative review about this business and was puzzled. I can only think that the person who posted it was having a bad day or got her companies mixed up. This is my experience of this business. I needed my driveway fixed and asked on Facebook for recommendations. Within an hour I hod more than 20 people contact me recommending Otto Bown of Driveway International. He quoted on time, price was fair, he started the work on time and finished on time. My driveway looks great! I highly recommend Otto and his team and thank thos people who advised me to use him.

Beware of prices changing when doing upgrades.
I saw a laptop on "special" at R 199 for 24 months with modem included. A good deal. When I clicked for more details I noticed the 24 months had changed to 36 months in the small print. Not a good deal any more. This is false advertising and an attempt to mislead customers into believing one thing and agreeing to another. tantamount to theft in my opinion. After over 20 years with MTN I will be migrating all my numbers to another provider as soon as the contracts are due for renewal. Not to Cell C who are even worse.

Non existent after sales service.
Do not answer emails. You leave messages on their phone and they don's call back. I received a faulty product and just have to absoerb the loss as their terms and conditions state "sold as is". See http://www.crazedeals.co.za/index.php?route=information/information&information_id=5 Ok. So I absorb the loss, unsubscribe from their mailing list and move on with my life.. Stay away from CrazEdeals or risk having to do the same!

Poor service and response from 1-Grid hosting
Pathetic service. You place a support request ticket. Nothing happens, Then you get an email to say the ticket is closed yet nothing as been resolved. This is not a one time event. This has happened with different requests over a few months. Quick to demand my money and slow to perform action requested. There is only one person there that tries to assist, AJ, but it is difficult to contact him. I think it is time for me to move on to another service provider that will give me value for my money. as complaining to 1-Grid management is impossible, Hence this post. Wake up guys!
