Close down Crazedeals!
Bought 3 Sports Cams from Crazedeals, which were delivered on 1 July 2019. 2 of them do not work. The Operating Manuals do not belong to the cameras supplied. Tried to contact them, the number given on their website does not exist. No response to my emails. This site should be closed down! First and last time for me.

Close down Crazedeals!

Horrible service, They don't deliver, Ignore clients queries
I purchased a perfume online on www.craze-deals.co.za on date 01/07/2019 order number #20879. Delivery policy on the website is 3-5 working days. I havent received my order to date. I sent email requesting the date on which my order will be delivered to info@crazedeals.co.za and crazedealsc@gmail.com. I got no response to date. I also called their number + (27) 11 839 6015 which rings and no one answers. I havent got any reponse from crazedeals up to this day. Still waiting for my order to be delivered. Theres no way to even track the location of your order. Service is horrible and they just ignore their clients completely. This craze deals should be investigated and shut down possibly

Craze Deals sells fake perfumes, they are not parallel perfumes they are fake.

Non existent after sales service.
Do not answer emails. You leave messages on their phone and they don's call back. I received a faulty product and just have to absoerb the loss as their terms and conditions state "sold as is". See http://www.crazedeals.co.za/index.php?route=information/information&information_id=5 Ok. So I absorb the loss, unsubscribe from their mailing list and move on with my life.. Stay away from CrazEdeals or risk having to do the same!

Don't ever hope to return anything - such bad service!
I ordered a waist twisting disc from Craz 'e' Deals. I opened it when it arrived and noticed it was real junk quality so I re-sealed the pack and did a "return" on their website - after a week I didn't hear a word from them, so I called and the lady told me no one else who ordered this item said the same, I said well I am not happy and I wish to return it. She said she would arrange, again I heard nothing. I then called again and got voicemail and I left a message with my order details and explained that I wish to return the item - nothing. Now I can't even get through on the phone. This is the very last time I will buy ANYTHING from them if this is the kind of service one gets! I deal with a lot of online shopping sites and I have never experienced such bad service...

Horrible Customer Service
<p>I purchased a Digitway Hands-free call Car MP3, Charger and FM Modulator from CrazeDeals on the 31st of May and it doesn't work, the box was damaged and there was a cable missing. The item was delivered on the 1st of June and I emailed them on the 2nd of June advising them of the issues. I even sent a picture. I then emailed them again on the 5th of June. I then called them and was told that I only have 3 days to report an issue, hello, I did it in writing after 1 day which is obviously a better option. I was then given another email address and promised that they would call me back. I emailed them again on the 15th of June and then the 30th. They have completely ignored me. This was my 4th purchase from the but definitely MY LAST!!! I would not recommend to anyone that they use CrazeDeals because if your item is faulty you must kiss your money goodbye and throw the piece of junk away.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do a lot of online shopping and I have never been treated this way by any other company.</p> <p> </p> <p>Oh well, I guess that's what happens when you order from JunkDeals! Never order from CrazeDeals.</p>
