Shocking don’t ever buy from them!! You get the wrong item delivered and you can stand on your head you won’t get it collected and refunded. EVER!! They just ignore you point blank! Please people don’t ever buy from them! There is no way of contacting them, other than a WhatsApp number, they tell you you got the right item when your pics etc clearly show you didn’t and then they just ignore you when you try to fight it! DON’T EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!
I ordered a single rack dish drainer and got a two tier. When requesting a return I have had nothing but hassles, they don’t reply then they were closed over Christmas now I still get the closure message even though the message states they opened on the 5th of Jan, their after sale service is shocking, I’ve sat with something I don’t want all through Christmas and New Year as they probably don’t want to refund me for it!!!! Won’t be buying from them again that’s for sure!
I logged a return for both items in my order # 6953886. The one was antique box holder that was damaged, that I’ve been refunded on, however the dress in that same order I sent back with the tissue box holder and I logged a return for it and I have had no refund yet! I would like my R299 refund please One Day Only!
So this is my second review on Vox and it’s I don’t know how many weeks later and I still can’t stream Netflix or prime without it buffering or the picture being pixelated! I’m paying over R900 a month for something I can’t even use, and I am SUPER frustrated right now!!! Just send a technician out Vox and FIX MY PROBLEM!!!!
If there was a minus star I’d give that! Firstly my tv unit was delivered to the wrong person, then when it finally got to me it was damaged. Now 6 days after I refused receipt of the damaged stand they have only processed the paperwork today, the stand still has to come from PE, when I call or email no one. Ones back to me, I speak to Pelisa the supervisor in customer service, she says after I tell her how shocking the service has been, at least give me a chance to come back to you today with a solution, still waiting! Cielo your staff need some serious training in customer service! You have some lovely furniture but I for one will NEVER buy from you again! And sadly this is the reputation you have out there, if only I had listened! I now have a lounge full of stuff that needs to go into the tv stand before Christmas and it has taken Cielo 6 days just to process the paperwork!
Love my furniture and the warehouse staff were absolutely awesome when I went to collect, so helpful and friendly, every single person who walked past me greeted me!! Keep it up Cielo. The WhatsApp line staff were also fantastic, always answering and super friendly!
I have not been able to stream on my tv for over a week now, about 4 calls testing, trying etc. and still can’t stream, was told TT Connect would be contacted, then I received a call from Vox yesterday to test my speeds, which they know have been fine for a few days now, I told the lady the last Vox told me they would get TT Connect to sort the issue, she says oh ok will send a technician tomorrow which was today - guess what NO TECHNICIAN!!!! No call, no email, no update, no feedback, NOTHING! Wow Vox shocking service!!!!
I have been paying insurance for many, many years on all of my decoders, I started having issues with my PVR a while back, my dad took it in and I was given someone else's OLD machine, we then had issues with this machine and my dad took it in again and we were given another OLD machine. Now this stupid thing is rebooting at 3h30am every morning, my dogs hear it rebooting and wake up and I can't get them to settle again for ages. I have now HAD ENOUGH! I want a new PVR which I have actually paid for 10 fold by paying insurance, I don't want someone else's old rubbish which didn't work for them either!
And the shocking service from Vodacom continues.... So after my last Hello Peter Complaint, a customer service agent contacts me and asks me to explain my issue, which I do, telling him that my phone is just playing adverts constantly and the technician at Vodacom Greenstone took 2 hours and still couldn't sort out the problem, to which he says - "but I don't understand why the technical guys struggled for so long, as this is not an issue that can be fixed or repaired or a setting that can be changed - the ads come up because of free apps - if you buy the apps, you won't get ads, I will escalate your complaint" To which I get an email as follows: "Good Day Mrs. *** The management of store has confirmed that they will only be able to assist with the repair of the device and have offered to provide a loan phone in the interim. Please contact the store on ********** for further feedback. Regards Dominic" So please Vodacom explain to me how they are going to send this phone in for repairs when you have already told me this issue can't be repaired????? Again, I specifically wanted the iPhone as I never had this problem with ads on Iphone, YOUR staff insisted I had to buy Huawei - after I specifically asked if I will get ads, I was PROMISED, again by YOUR staff I would not get ads - now I get all these stories!!!! I WANT a top MANAGER to contact me to sort this out - NOT the Greenstone manager, a VODACOM MANAGER. I DON'T WANT THIS RUBBISH PHONE!!!!
I went into Vodacom Greenstone intending to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 6, the sales guys told me I couldn't get old technology and I must go for the Huawei P20 lite, I didn't want to but eventually they convinced me. I specifically asked the sales guy if you get ads popping up on this phone as I had it with my work Samsung and it's something I can't handle and never had with Apple. He assured me I would not have this problem at all! I now sit with ads popping up constantly, video ads playing with sound pop up all the time, some I have to wait 5 seconds to close, I am getting directions in GPS and the ads come on and I have to close 4 or 5 ads by which time I've missed my turn off - I can't handle this phone and I went in to Vodacom Greenstone for the second time on Friday - sat there for 2 hours and still the technical guys could not solve my problem. I then get told to come in on sat with a usb stick and they'll download my data and do a hard reset - to which I said no I am tired of being inconvenienced by Vodacom with a phone I never wanted in the first place that was pushed on me. I told them I don't want this phone and they need to make a plan as I had been in twice with this problem and wasted my valuable time and still no one could fix it - I am NOT going through another session where they do a reset and I still have the problem - I have WASTED enough time and I want the phone I originally asked for as with I Phone I don't have these issues. The manager of the store kept running away into the back room as he did not want to deal with or solve my problem, then comes out and says we will have to send the phone in for a while to be looked at... NO Vodacom NO! Then I sit without a phone because I was not sold what I wanted in the first place, now I must waste my time and be inconvenienced more and more - I refuse! I want my iPhone 6 and that is that! I HAVE HAD ENOUGH VODACOM!!! I have had endless hassles with this upgrade and I have reached the bitter end of my patience with you guys!
