Spar to U poor service
I ordered 5 packets if dry wors totaling +/- 1 kg. I only received 1 packet if R 44. There is no way to contact the call centre. The agents are not available. There is nothing I can do to fix this. Stick to Checkers and Paick and Pay. They can keep my dry wors. I would not use them again. So much for internal control. If they can deliver 4 packets short, they can most provably deliver 4 packets too much.

Shoddy service with nobody taking ownership of a problem.
My wife and I visited the Linksfield Branch on Wednesday 22 November 2023 for an MRI scan, It is the most unfriendly reception we have ever had, It would seem that the staff are doing us a favor to assist. After waiting for 15 minutes we were not called but merely called with no communication just a nod of the Head by Kagiso. He does not enter into a conversation but merely nods his head, I made a co-payment of R 3470. and the balance covered by medical aid. After the scan we proceeded to sit in the waiting area to receive the results. After 20 minutes of waiting we asked when will we get the results only to be informed that the results will be emailed. If we did not ask we would probably still sit there. Needless to say it is the 27th of November today and we still have not received the results. I phoned again this morning only to be transferred from pillar to post. Nobody takes ownership. Do steer away from this shoddy service. Maybe to be investigated by the Competition Commision since they are nestled in at every hospital it seems.

Disgusting On-Line Experience with Makro
Disgusting online experience. No wonder Massmart is in trouble. I bought three ink cartridges for my Epson Printer online. They only delivered one. Phoned the call centre twice already. Response is every time - tomorrow (cheque is in the post). They sit with my cash and I do not have the goods. Maybe it improves their cashflow. Feel sorry for people who order more expensive items online from Makro. They make use of external suppliers i.e. you order online and they get the supplier to deliver. Thus not a store anymore but a broker, hence their no care attitude.

Ordered and paid and now they are nowhere to be found. Be careful. Lucky mine was only R 199
