I placed an order and paid for it on JAn 6 2022, only to find that there is no fibre in my area. I tired several times to contact webafrica even via whatassp no response. I need to be refunded . I have submitted my returns , its been 3 months now my case in audit/verification. Manager from sars lodged a complaint on my behalf .Complaint lodged case num : 404282969, Tax num: 2970432148, Issue date: 2021/11/03. I called today 09/11/2021 to inquire about the status of my case, its till not attended to. SARS agent gave me Sabelo Dlamini email who is a manager but I sent him an email, got a reply that he is out of office. The agent dropped a call.
I have tried several times about 2 weeks to lodge a claim with Clientele Legal. I have even filled in online forms for them to call me back. They havent to date. One of their agents called me today 15-02-2021. I aksed her to put me through to the legal claims because my attempts to reach them were unsuccessful. SHe said she cant. She can only send an email. I asked her to cc me on the email. I still havent received the email. Clientele legal only takes clients premium but when it time to lodge a claim they not accessible. I have been their client since 2018. Havent lodged a claim since. They been taking my money all along when they supposed to help they nowhere to be found.
I went to Nandos Tramshed. I was served by Namhla on the 30/10/2019. She has good customer service. She was alone at the till during lunch time when its busy but she did a great job. Well done!! But you cant have one person at the till during lunch time. but Namhla gave me a good service.
My service was terminated due to non payment. I made payment. I called Cool Ideas to reconnect my service on the 22nd. One of the consultants requested that I fill in a new application form, which I did. My service is still terminated up to this day. Tickets logged. #COOL-20190922-312382 , #COOL-20190922-312382. I made several calls I dont get updated on the status of my service.
On the 23/08/2019 at Macdonalds (cnr Paul Kruger & Pretorius) I bought a BIG Mac Meal medium sit in. When I went to collect my order there was no lid on my coke (drink). I asked why there's no lid on my drink. The cashier said they don't offer lids for sit in customers. I insisted that she put a lid on my drink. She refused. I said I will pay for it . She refused still. I asked her to cancel my order and refund me, which she did. I filled in my details and cellphone number 0768311231. The service was horrible. They lost money for a lid. Smart?
I was involved in a car accident on the 12/08/2013 around 17:30. I called the standard bank car insurance claim number but I couldnt get hold of them until 20:00 I had to drop the call. One of the consultants even dropped a call on me. 0860 109 075 . Even up to this day no once called me back.
I purchased a perfume online on www.craze-deals.co.za on date 01/07/2019 order number #20879. Delivery policy on the website is 3-5 working days. I havent received my order to date. I sent email requesting the date on which my order will be delivered to info@crazedeals.co.za and crazedealsc@gmail.com. I got no response to date. I also called their number + (27) 11 839 6015 which rings and no one answers. I havent got any reponse from crazedeals up to this day. Still waiting for my order to be delivered. Theres no way to even track the location of your order. Service is horrible and they just ignore their clients completely. This craze deals should be investigated and shut down possibly
I went to FNB Church square for card replacement and to get the temporary card. I queued for more than and hour. Finally my ticket was called and was attended by the FNB consultant only to find out that they dont have temporary cards I must try the FNB Pretorius street. I arrived at the FNB Pretorius street and I told the FNB consultant there by the name of Lesego Setshedi that I am from FNB Church square I queued for more than and hour only to find that they don't have temporary cards at the branch. He told me that its not his problem that I had to queue for long and that the FNB church square don't have temporary cards I will have to queue again. I then asked for the manager I went to the manager by the name of Simphiwe Mahlangu which I told him again exactly what happened. His response was that it's not his problem branches I different and I have to queue again and that I could be lying to him. He said he doesnt care its not his problem and that if I am not happy I can report him. Because I told him that are am not happy about their service. he told me he doesn't represent FNB only FNB Church square. I queued for more than hour and 30 minutes finally my ticket was called and I was attended by a lady there who gave me excellent service. This happened on the 23/12/2018.
