I am being Overcharged for our Fibre service and it is impossible to get hold of anybody at ignite to get answers to get this fixed. I have been sending emails copying the directors but they are also to lazy to contact their client back. They really don't care. One of the worst companies to deal with. BAD BAD BAD
I have an account with Mweb and ordered a 1 gig fibre line, the add says that a free router will be sent to You, The false part of the advertising is that they don't tell You that the will be sending a router that cannot even handle 50-60 meg download speed. SO You are paying for the service but the Equipment cannot handle the speed. I have now spent 9 days phoning, mailing and and putting online queries on their website but the MWEB motto is ignore ignore ignore. No one comes back and no one take responsibility to assist and offer a solution. Please do not fall for their false advertising and BAD service
IGNITE host our email server and our emails have been down for 4 days and i have called the call centre multiple times to get the issue resolved only hear this morning that the tier 2 person is only looking into it this morning. My Request ID INC ********** 95. Theire seems to be no urgency in their team and they have a do not care attitude.
I was called by one of the call center Ladies about payment of my wife's account. When I told her that I cannot afford to pay more than the money I am currently paying she started threatening me. I asked her to make sure that they have the correct address on the system to ensure if any legal docs or Summons are sent to my wife that we would get the documents so that we can defend ourselves in court. when I asked her Name she Called me a know it all. I then asked her over and over for her name and she just put the call down. <br> I feel it is unacceptable for someone to be rude with me and to threaten me. I was not rude with the lady. I just explained to her that I can only afford the amount that I am currently paying and if she wants to threaten me with my house then we can go to court. My wife may owe money to Standard Bank but there is no reason to call people names.
