Further to my previous review of my order of a Shark vacuum cleaner in November last year , after no delivery and countless emails, they have twice informed me they have refunded my account, but no money has to date, been refunded. This was an expensive item, and they’ve taken my hard-earned money and totally ****med me. Beware anyone buying anything from Techinn. It’s a BIG ****.
This is the second time I'm writing to confirm I have never received my Shark vacuum cleaner,Tracking number CI007196845NL, order number 34152307. I Paid over R10,000.00 Rand for This Shark vacuum cleaner in November 2022. I was eventually informed 2 weeks ago that the shipment was lost, and I would be refunded. I am yet to receive my money back from these people. Beware, I believe this company is nothing more than a **** taking your money, and never shipping the goods. Techinn, I'm hoping you can prove me wrong by refunding my money. SO VERY ANGRY WITH THIS COMPANY. Actually 0 stars.
Vodacom at it's worst. Got a call on 16th Jan to offer me an upgrade on one of my 3 contracts. I stated 3 times that I didn't want to extend the data contract, and when I called customer care the following day, I was informed that all 3 of my contracts had been upgraded. I immediately tried getting hold of the after sales team, which I was advised to do, what a mission, and no assistance there! Emailed customer care, waste of time, no response from them either! So what am I meant to do now? I have been a customer for well over 20 years, and am now completely and totally disgusted with Vodacom. How DARE they upgrade 3 contracts without my permission. Will be seeing a lawyer about this fraudulent behaviour.
I have been trying all day to get through to the FNB Fudiciary department in connection with my uncles trust fund .The phone just rings and rings. I have spent close to 4 hours trying. When I call my private banker, I get transferred to numbers that also never answer!This is the absolute worst service ever! To just get assistance from someone would help, I am so frustrated right now, and very tempted to take all my business away from FNB.
Jaco installed a generator at our home. We reported a humming sound coming from the DB board a day later, which he said he would check and never did. This has now become a loud buzzing sound which disturbs our sleep. After numerous calls they have still not resonded . I find this service totally unacceptable.
