I don’t know where to being. This claim is initially going on since May Please revert to my numerous calls. I have requested a team leader or manager to contact me, no response to date. I am overhaul very upset and unhappy with the service and procedure itself. I have submitted a quote on the damage and repair, which now has to be redone. Nedbank Insurance have no contacted plumbers or contractors that will quote and do the work. I had to outsource. I am still aware to utilise my bathroom, to which I have only 1 bathroom. To me the client it is a huge inconvenience and poor service delivery. It seems as though Nedbank Insurance is looking at ways to not pay out my claim. I Logged numerous complaints that have fell on deaf ears. Very disappointing. I await you prompted response T. Pillay
<p>Good day. I went to the Telkom Store in Gateway, there was no floor service. I waited 20 minutes to speak to the sales lady . I wanted to apply for a wireless wifi plan. I had banking details, payslip, proof of address and ID. X*** should no sales or customer care what so ever. She said she needs the bank statement stamped by the bank(i understand policies- however i retrieved it online and even used it in my bond application and that was fine). I asked X***why isn't there floor services that would have saved my time, she ignored. I then asked her if i can email the endorsed bank statement, she said no. I then asked if i can do if online, she responded no again. I finally asked her for customer care, she told me with no haste and sarcasm that Telkom has no Customer Care. I asked for her name, she wrote it on a paper and rolled her eyes as if something is wrong with me. She shows no assistance to offer help to say the least, the manager heard my complaints in store as i was loud. I have not yet received any assistance. Losing Customer</p>
