I’m currently a client of Miway and today I bought a new car and wanted them to insure it as I was canceling the old one. Mandisa Ledwaba assisted me to get a better offer though it doesn’t match the one I got from another company but I decided to stay with them just because of her service.

Disappointed
I was so disappointed with this hotel, firstly I travelled all the way from Cape Town at night arriving in the hotel around 23:00 when I got there, I was checked in and shown my room only to find out that the room is not the one I booked. I booked a suite and I was given a room with two double beds. I insisted that I want the room that I booked and I was later moved to the room. I was booked for two nights but only slept one night as I could'nt go back the following day and asked my colleague to bring my luggage. I then called to request for a copy of the invoice, I was asked to send an email which I did. Again in the afternoon I called to remind them about the invoice, I was told that they are going to attend to my email. Again the following day I called to make a follow up and I was requested to resend the email. I asked when can I get the copy of the invoice, I was told that it will be attended to and I will get it during the course of the day. I am not confident that I will get it. I will never go back to this hotel nor recommend anyone to stay there.

Misleading
They deduct money without my authorisation on top of what we have agreed on and when I enquire I am not attended to.
