Afrihost has decided to deactivate my sim card without my permission. I receive monthly data which I pay for and have now lost. Afrihost says MTN is responsible for the deactivation as thus is an Afrihost account they cannot reactivate my sim only Afrihost can send through the request to reactivate. Afrihost says it's not responsible and I have now spent so much money just holding on to speak to Afrihost and getting now where. This is so disappointing as the provider refuses to ask MTN to reactivate my sim that I have been using for more than 2years now. Bad bad service so guess I will have to find a new provider.
Do not use Execupark services at King Shaka airport. I did and lesson learnt the hard way. What is so disappointing is that they take the word of their drivers in an investigation and don't bother to contact you to find out the facts. Facts stated in email response to which I only received almost month later were not true and is a clear indication of lies. Firstly driver did not inspect my vehicle with me until I asked him if he was going to do so. Secondly when I brought the damage to his attention at pick up he immediately started to frown and looked at his sheet very worried. He looked at me and said he does not now how it happened. If you ask me he looked very worried and concerned. Secondly I then proceeded to show him the front damage as well (which Execupark claims in the email response was pointed out to me). Seriously Execupark have the decency to get all the facts right, a phone call to me would have given you the true facts. You say that you take pride in what you do but clearly you do not when it comes to damage complaints. My advise to future clients is rather pay the extra R5 a day and park at the airport parking. Lesson learnt!!!!!!!!
<p>Very disappointed with the courier service delivery. Parcel arrives at Depot scheduled for delivery at 08h05 on a Friday morning yet the courier service does not deliver the goods. After a delay of my order I was told by takealot he I would be delivered on Friday. I ordered a item for my son which he needs to take with to Australia on Monday and now thanks to takealot I have to spend money twice to buy the item so that you son can have it before his flight. This is do not acceptable, I even opted for collect it myself from the Depot and was told I cannot do that either. </p> <p>Takealot needs to look at changing it courier service as many of my colleagues have complained about the courier delivery service . </p> <p> </p> <p>Extremely disappointed. </p>
I give up with Telkom, it seems they don't really want or need business.
