I had a contract with MR PRICE MOBILE years ago I cancelled this about 2/3 years ago and im still being charged R118.00 I don't even have this number anymore so please could you cancel this contract with immediate effect .
i applied for a re-advance on my home loan (200K) FOR the sole purpose of paying my debts off i was told today it was declined after getting an additional income of R8000.00 why was it declined when i want to pay my debts which in turn will reflect better on my bank statement each month ... i am furious !!!
Good day I am beyond frustrated I cancelled my 25 year back money policy on the 4th of November and was told the funds will be in my account in 10 to 15 days . Well it’s now December I phoned the call centre yesterday and was not it’s not even cancelled on their system and. My debit order went off after I said cancel it in October . What is going on if I request a cancellation why is not cancelled I get no feedback at all I need these funds urgently.
i am so frustrated right now i applied for finance through MFC and when somone phoned to confirm i misunderstood the question (human error) and said my sister will be driving the car and meant it in the way that she will be driving it occasionally as a second driver on my policy . i am solely responsible for this finance its in my name and the funds will be coming out of my account i am now left without a vehicle and have a sick mother at home , and because i misunderstood the question i am being penalized, surely you will be able to see the where funds will be debited from ? totally frustrated right now

Good day i applied for an increase by 2000r in my overdraft facility and was declined due to insufficient funds firstly if you went through my statement you would see i do have enough funds and i get board from a tenant and i clear R36000 i am so frustrated that you cant help me , i thought banks are suppose to help their clients out and im only asking for 2000.00
I did an eft on the 29.01.2016 to a beneficiary in error EDGARS, when i contacted the accounts via email and phone i was told i need to send them a bank statement i bank with absa so i sent it off and was told its no acceptable as it just has edgars on it and not the account number , i phoned my bank and was told thats the way they do their statements and edgars need to look into their suspense account and locate the payment ...<br> i closed my edgars account last year so i do not understand why this is so hard to do i paid an amount of R496i into the following account : 7000 100 100 111 381182 - SJ HOLLAND , why cant this be located and absa say the money came off my account - this is beyond frustrating i just want my money refunded to me !!
i have been trying to get an increase in my overdraft for the amount of 1000r i earn before deductions with my new increase 43 858.00 each time i phone in too apply they my expenses are too high well is this not the reason an over draft is in place and considering i have been a client for many years i find this most unfair.<br> i went to FNB who looked at my expenses and said they could give me an overdraft for 15 000 where ABSA can only give me R7373.00 makes no sense to me .... the money is getting payed back why offer such a service to be declined by it each time i apply .... grossly unfair
I opened a depositor plus account and need to transfer the balance to cheque account for a medical procedure I phone the call centre to ask why I can't transfer the complete amount without leaving the 1000r but was told I have to come into the bank and withdraw it , firstly how can I come into the bank when I am immobile and how can I withdraw, such a large amount and carry it with me .... Why do I have internet banking if I still have to come into the bank and may I ask how do I come to the bank when I can't walk ie the reason I need the money .<br> <br> This is disappointing as I cannot walk and have internet banking but cannot use it ,
