ZERO Client services. Damaged luggage claims not responded to in 6 weeks and counting.
Luggage claims not honored by ACSA. I reported serious damage to my luggage upon arrival at Cape Town airport. I received a reference number for the claim. It has now been 5 weeks, many emails later and still no response. Poor poor service!!
Makro sold an item online to me without having stock. It has now been almost 3 weeks since they approved a refund. Refund was promised 7-14 days. Clearly Makro either cannot process refunds, or there is possible *****. Consumers beware, Makro Online shopping is truly not secure!
I bought an online item from Makro, MAK9211050. Delivery was expected 2 weeks later. It has now been 5 weeks. I made 5 calls to their call-centre, received a ref .number for each call. I sent 3 emails to their online customer service. I have now been requesting a refund for the last week. There is ZERO feedback or commitment to resolve this. Consumers be aware, MAKRO do not deliver and do not refund. My next step would be a ***** case?
Budget Car Rental charged the holding deposit to my Creditcard. They did not place a hold but cleared it from my card. It has now been 16 days since the car was returned. I enquired on email twice about the refund due. There have been no response and no service, only silence. Poor service and an unhappy client! Rental #896795922
*****ulant Samsung trade-inn offer R10,000. Consumers beware. Regener8 Group with Samsung SA is offering a trade in deal on Samsung phones for R10,000 repayment. My phone have now been with them for more than 2 months without payment. After multiple enquiries and failed promises, payment have still not been received. Ref.2380211

Samsung SA / Regenerate group, is offering a R10 000 trade in deal on new Samsung S23 phones. This includes upgrades on existing lines. The promised deadline for the payment of the rebate have lapsed. They advised that there was not sufficient funds on their side, and that the payment would be delayed. I then inquired about the issue after this further payment promise time elapsed. No further response from them. They have now taken my perfect condition trade in phone without making the promised payment. Consumers please note. This trade in offer from Samsung seems to be a hoax and you should re-consider taking this option. My phone is gone, it has been 7 weeks since this process began, and no payment received!
Dear Vodacom, It has almost been a month since my network reception query and still nothing have been done or improved. Refer ticket A2-TEX-TPO10D. Vodacom business account # B0373625-2. I have had a few return calls promising to refer the matter to the network planners, but still no action, with very poor network services, almost non existant! As mentioned, I operate my business from this line and the area. As you confirmed there is an issue and a new transmission tower is planned for the future. This is not an answer, as I keep paying my account, but no attempt have been made to assist with a signal booster or antennae. I expect this to be addressed now, as it is not acceptable to do nothing! A very irate customer!
Exceptionally poor service! Cannot phone them to complain. Cannot email them to complain. No data signal. No phone signal. In their own certified 3G coverage area. Try and call the business help line on 0821940. 5 attempts. Line dropping and no signal. My business is delayed and I am considering starting to move my lines away from them. Spending R110k per year but they cannot service us. Anyone considering Vodacom, move along elsewhere!
