I would like to lay a complaint about Mercedes Benz Umhlanga. Their service is absolutely shocking. We ordered a part from them which wad to arrive yesterday. Unsurprisingly we have had no word from them regarding the part. I tried calling them, to speak to the Parts Manager. Only to be left waiting for ages on the line, and them to have the call cut. They claim 'priding themselves on excellent customer service' This is a bad joke.
Wonderful, friendly and helpful service from the Woodford team. And the email and whatsapp coms speed things up tremendously. Will always choose Wordford Car Hire.

Absolutely lousy service received from Game stores. Both online chat assistants and call centre assistants are unable to respond in any useful way to customer service requests. All the smartest technology is pointless without competent, efficient and pro-active staff.
At the till point and the customer ahead of me queries the price of something he purchased. I wait patiently while he goes off to collect the barcode from the shelves to show the cashier. Cashier calls the manager, who runs off with the customer to verify the price. I ask the floor manager if he could cancel the current transaction sp that the remaining customers in the queue could be served, while the present customers issue was being resolved. To which he replied that they couldnt as they were forced to serve the current customer first. This either speaks of poor processes at Pick n Pay, where small issues arising in a purchase forces the entire queue of customers to wait indefinitely for the current transaction to be processed. Unacceptable from a customer service point of view. Alternatively, it speaks to a lack of training of managers who fail to ensure the smooth flow of queues at tilpoints<br> Lastly, it could point to a bad attitude from the floor manager who simply ignored my pleas and left the queue to keep growing while he attended to the current customer. Either way, it made for a very lousy shppping experience at Pick n Pay Rosebank Mall.
