Very rude staff who DO NOT DO THEIR WORL CORRECTLY. Worst law form or credit control I have dealt with in my life! They harass you with threatening messages to pay arrear accounts when the ACCOUNT IS FULLY PAID UP and in another instance they do not take proper instructions from their clients. This company and law firm must be reported to the Law Society and the NCR. Their staff are arrogant and aggressive without getting the facts correct nor replying to any calls or messages left. They even have the audacity to put the call down on you TWICE when you tell them exactly where to get off.
#greatbusiness I took over someone's gym membership. The manager or owner at Winchester hills branch I think his name was James was so helpful.

Ordered and paid IMMEDIATELY for an item. Waited the stated 14 working days delivery period. After one month still waiting for delivery. <br> <br> Do not buy from them.
Upgraded my home adsl to Smart home package which includes a new modem and 2 SIM cards which was to be delivered in 7-10 working days. That was the 20th January. Still waiting.<br> <br> Keep calling the customer service 10210 after waiting for up to 30 minutes for call to be answered they keep passing the buck to the courier company CCD couriers with a reference number. When I call the couriers they say that the reference number given is wrong and they can not pick up my order. Must check with telkom. <br> <br> It's close on to 60 days with an order pending and no delivery. I need to activate call barring on my account but can not since there is a pending order......So frustrating...<br> <br>
