very bad service from their manager "Shaun" damage to property and sits and does nothing for 4 weeks on it until I make a noise, will not do business with them and will make sure no family does either
Quick to take your hard earned cash. Bought a 70” TV July 2021 and after 2 months needs to be replaced. It’s now 7 months later and still waiting for head office to approve a replacement unit. As if Samsung is waiting for my warranty to expire Worse brand ever Thanks Sam kak
The Biggest bunch of crooks!!!!!! in the industry, Still waiting for the line manager to contact me back after their 24hr turn around time, GOOD GOING MRS CLEO from discovery Insure, I will be changing insurance. Oh yes and I had to call you guys to follow up on my claim, you guys cant even phone the customer to them know were the claim is or how far it will get to be resolved you have no customer experience!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a issue where you guys keep sending me SMS,s saying i owe money on my account, Trying to sort this out has been the worst experience ever. ( a month in total ).<br> <br> Your call centre agents has no customer service experience, They are rude only know how to solve a problem by putting a phone down in my ear when asked to speak to a manager. (this happen three times today ).<br> <br> I am still waiting for a manager and the accounts department to call back.<br> <br> When it comes to costumer service you guys are far behind your competitors in this industry, From what i have experienced i will not be using you guys in future and will make it my life's mission to let as much people i know how bad you treat your customers. <br> <br> Regards,<br> Wesley
