My car papers were supposed to be delivered. The driver indicated that he was at my property to deliver and we were not there. I checked the cctv cameras and saw that he never came to my house. We were also there all day. We have been battling to get the car papers delivered since the 15/12/2025. We are now on the 06/01/2026. When we call the call center we are told they will arrange delivery for the next day and the documents never arrive. Trying to get hold of the Jhb branch is impossible and the line just rings. Can SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.
I have been so so happy with this company. I installed and have never looked back. Electricity bill has definitely come down. I would suggest using them to anyone. Going back to the installation it was so so easy from strat to finish. Really cant praise these guys enough.
I cannot praise this company and owner Thomas enough. I have not experienced service like this in ages. Thomas was not only on time in completing the job but actually way ahead of schedule. The finished work is incredible. I am so happy and have recommended Rabtom to other friends.
I posted a complaint about a month ago regarding a contract that was incorrectly loaded on my name.I took out a my 2 gig top up and the consultant loaded it as a open contract resulting in a high bill for end march.The response I got on hello peter is that you would get back to me and investigate.Well I'm still waiting and the amount has been deducted from my account for a fault that Vodacom made.This is shocking but expected from you as I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my life.A contract is binding for both parties but seems Vodacom only seems to think that a contract is binding for the consumer and does not apply to them.Again it's a case of a big company bullying the little guy knowing that the time it takes to take it to court and the costs there of is difficult so Thank you Vodacom for allowing this to happen clearly my 18 years loyalty to your company means nothing.I send this message with a heavy heart and complete resignation to the fact that I will have to let this matter go and accept the R10 000 debited from my account for a contract that was a top up which should have cost me R489
On 8th Dec i upgraded my contract at VODACOM CRESTA to a 2 gig TOP UP.In begining of Feb i was informed that the data was high which was confusing as my contract was a TOP UP.I appraoached VODACOM CRESTA to get a copy of the contract and it clearly showed i signed a TOP UP CONTRACT and the consultant loaded it as a normal open line contract.Then the fun began with the consultant Thabiso phoning vodacom data call centre and logging a call where he lied to them indicating he was putting in a call quering the high use of data even though i told him im not disputing the data usage but the in correct contract he loaded.At this stage i started recording what was going on as i knew i was going to need it.A few weeks later i recieved a call from the Manager Ricardo who assured me this would be sorted out and understood my problem.To date i have recieved a half credit for end Feb and nothing for March for a mistake that VODACOM has made.The consultant then called me to say that i would recieve half the amount back which i am still very un happy about as i signed for a top up contract.I am still waiting for March to be credited.Please Vodacom HELP ME i have always supported YOU.
